Abstract: The geological disaster prevention project is to bring the unstable and unsafe disaster bodies under control, so construction safety risk prevention of this kind of projects is of great importance. Project bid-section division is closely related to the degree of project dispersion, the frequency of monitoring visits and the project duration, and it will also have influence on project construction safety risk. According to the characteristics of geological disaster prevention projects, the paper makes a quantitative analysis of the factors that influence the construction safety. The proposed bid-section division programs are calculated and analyzed by using fuzzy entropy weight model of group decision-making, so as to determine the optimal bid-section division program based on safety risk prevention.

Abstract: Food logistics is a modern logistics system in highly specialized sectors of logistics. The logistics industry has distinctive characteristics. According to the characteristics of modern aquatic logistics, good work is associated with people's livelihood. Products logistics model basically remain in the traditional areas. From the status quo of China's logistics model, through the status of products logistics development research, analyzes the main problems exist in China's aquatic products logistics model. It was constructed based on supply chain management, logistics model supply chain management.

Abstract: This study suggests the design construction process of green buildings based on the construction process for green buildings in Korea. In this construction process, the planning purpose lies in the CO2 reduction of each element technology not considered during the general building construction processes and energy saving construction processes and that of overall buildings. The interaction of each element technology was considered so that evaluation and feedback could be provided at each stage. Different from existing construction processes, CO2 reductions were evaluated and fed back at each stage and alternative designs could be selected to draw the optimal design.

Abstract: The optimization of production line process from the aspect of enterprise production line balance is studied in this paper. By using the ECRSI method, the production process is analyzed, and the optimization scheme is put forward. Through the comparison of the process time before and after optimization, the effectiveness of the optimization solution is verified. The proposed approach solves the bottleneck problem of production line, improves the production capacity of enterprises, overcomes the defects of the original work process, provides the basis for the formulation of new production line work standards, and has widely application value.

Abstract: In this paper, statistic data of year 1995-2011 of China is grouped into panel data of eastern, central and western China to analyze long-term co-integration, short-term and long-term causal relationship between energy consumption intensity and economic growth and energy consumption structure in detail, it could be concluded that causal relationship between energy consumption intensity and economic growth and energy consumption structure are varying from region to region, which contain the policy implication that local government shall make their economic development and energy consumption policies with full consideration to the nature of relationship between energy consumption and economic development to avoid using others experience by rote. Keywords: energy consumption intensity; economic growth; energy consumption structure; co-integration; causality

Abstract: Take an Earphone speaker production line as the research object. In order to improve the rate of line balance and production, basing on the principle of ECRS and the line balancing theory, use the method study, work measurement and the analytical method of 5W1H, this paper provides the improvement Project . After being put in practice, the rate of line balance increases from 73% to 82%, the production capability of production line improved up 12%.

Abstract: In Italy in the past three years, electricity generation from renewables recorded high growth rates. In 2011, it continued to have an upword trend (+7.8% on 2010), reaching 82,961 GWh. The EU directive on renewable requires to increase renewable energy with a target of 19.6% of total electricity consumption from renewables. In 2011, Italy recorded 23.5%, surpassing by wide margin the proposed target. Moreover the year 2011 represents a turning point since until 2010, the extent of renewable generation was mostly affected by the behavior of the hydro source, while in 2011 the hydro output is stable and the new renewables (solar, wind and biomass) increase. At the same time the effort of management science to assessing efficiency is reaching its goals with the use of Data Envelopment Analysis, a mathematical programming technique able to estimate the comparative efficiency of a set of units which, though distinct production processes and technology, take a given level of inputs to produce a given quantity of outputs. In this paper the efficiency of renewable energy technology (photovoltaic, wind, biomass, hydro) is evaluated with Data Envelopment Analysis at regional level in Italy considering investment and operating costs as inputs and installed power capacity, energy intensity and the CO2 avoided as outputs. For each sources the more and the less efficient region is selected and an accurate analysis of the obtained results is outlined. The policy implications of the obtained results conclude the paper.
