Abstract: In order to reduce the computation amount and to ensure to compute environmental vibrations caused by ground rail traffic load comprehensively and accurately, calculating depth of the model for the ground was researched. The ground is simplified to a single layer elastic half-space model, and the dynamic Green's function of vertical displacement on the surface of the model was derived by using transfer matrix within frequency wave-number domain. vibration displacement amplitude in the range of 10 to 60 m away from the surface of the model to the vibration center were compared with different thickness of model and the elastic half-space model caused by the ground rail traffic load. It showed that the calculation results are quite different with different cover thickness, but with the increase of the cover thickness of layer, the results of single layer elastic half-space model approached the elastic half-space model. When the cover lager thickness reached to 25m, the difference of the magnitude was less than 5%.

Abstract: During the combat effectiveness evaluation,some problems such as the precise number,interval number and the language fuzzy number exist in the evaluation values.To solve these problems,this paper introduces the interval number and grey decision making principle and brings forward a operational effectiveness evaluation model based on the interval number and grey decision making.This model can truly reflect the comprehensive evaluation value of the weapon equipment operational effectiveness.

Abstract: The facility layout design is the key problem in manufacturing system. Based on the constraints such as the cost of facility logistics and the space of equipment, this paper sets up a Quadratic Assignment Problem model of facility layout. The model is solved using Differential Evolution algorithm according to the features of facility layout, which is combined with Random Key technology. The test results performed on the liner and circular layout show the proposed approach can solve effectively the facility layout design problem.

Abstract: During the design processing of the future exploratory products, requirements from users seems to be a key factor for products availability achievement. As a practical user modeling method, Persona may accomplish the potential needs data mining effectively based on the analyzing of users. This review mainly focused on how to apply the persona in the exploratory products investigation to acquire useful information from the products design. The method to establish persona and the operating rules were also discussed in this article. The concept of the mobile internet device in future was used as an case to demonstrate the persona mentioned above.

Abstract: Agro-products processing industry should develop circular economy to alleviate the constraints of agricultural resources and ecological environment to accomplish sustainable development. With the relative theory of industry cluster, circular economy, system science, this paper expounds the connotation and definition of recycling-oriented agro-products processing industry cluster, analyzes the status and existent problems of it in Fujian, constructs the development mode of it which takes three kinds of behavioral agent as the foundation and three cycle ways as the characteristics, and integrates self-organization and organization, finally puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of it.

Abstract: According to the data on total output value and load amount of coal per day of Shanxi province,this paper uses grey correlation analysis model to calculate the correlation degree of the development of coal logistics and economic growth of Shanxi province.The results show that the development of coal logistics and economic growth of Shanxi province have a positive correlation relationship and the coal logistics industry will promote the economic development of Shanxi province.Based on the results,the paper makes three suggestions.First,government should provide some preferential policies for coal logistics industry.Second,the modern coal logistics system should be established.Third,the economic development model of Shanxi province should be upgraded.

Abstract: With the proposal of construction ideas of smart earth, the smart city construction becomes a kind of global consensus. In addition, the smart Quanzhou construction also becomes one of the important construction missions and targets in the city development of Quanzhou. This paper, by means of analyzing the necessity of smart Quanzhou construction, summarizes some problems that exist in the city informatization of Quanzhou. Moreover, this paper also proposes the general idea of the construction of the smart Quanzhou by studying and summarizing the successful case of smart city construction in the domestic and overseas.

Abstract: The visual guidance system aims to convey the environmental information through selecting, handling and integrating the carrier of visual information. Because of the characteristics of underground space itself, its interior defence against calamities is rather complicated. Therefore, hazard prevention has increasingly become the significant project to develop and utilize the underground space in a scientific, reasonable, safe and effective way. From the angle of safety, this paper elaborates the necessity of visual guidance system to prevent and cure the interior underground space, discusses and brings forward the structural strategy based on the safe guidance system of underground space. Besides, it also brings forward the suggestion to enhance the security of interior underground space by making use of the guidance system of underground space in order to improve the special characteristics to prevent and reduce the disasters in it and increase the elasticity of the cities to endure disasters.
