Abstract: The reservoir units in Liaohe oilfield showed strong heterogeneities. A process of log normalization and a set of logging interpretation models appropriate to the reservoir bed characters of this section were established based on the first logging interpretation results and the core analysis. After normalization of all log curves, and according to the interpretation models that have been established, the secondary logging interpretation was applied in the study area and the interpretation models were proved to be feasible and reliable by the application of the first logging interpretation results and the core analysis. The method can not only provide instruction for further reserves calculation and geological modeling, but also be a foundation for numerical simulation.

Abstract: To improve the system efficiency of rod pumped wells is a systematical engineering which depends on various cost control methods during the operational process and technologies of improving equipment & system operational efficiency, and closely related to pumping equipment selection, production parameters optimization design and well management. This paper analyzes the existing problems under current management mode and proposes to establish management control mode where application and of rod pumped well engineering design system software is organically linked with maintenance from the perspective of the user.

Abstract: In this paper, The problem of estimating unknown paramaters of Lomax distribution is considered under the assumption that samples are type-II censoring. The maximum likelihood estimates are developed for unknown paramaters using EM algorithm and NR method. We obtain the observed Fisher information matrix using the missing information principle . A numerical study is performed to compare the proposed estimate.

Abstract: The spatial digitization is becoming more popular in last few years due the fact that 3D scanners nowdays are not limited only for transforming of relative small models into virtual computing environment. In trend are devices suitable to digitize in single process human body, parts of car or house and also much larger areas. In general, these devices are burdened by excessive high acquisition costs and need additional software which often exceeds half of the price of a device. This contribution highlights few cost affordable alternatives thanks to which, with certain restrictions, can practically individual what expert with Hi-Tech equipment. In the in the following parts the text briefly describes the principle of no contact digitization of solids using a software application David and additional processing in a freeware software MeshLab for their further use.

Abstract: This article first analyzes the current development situations of Chinese small and micro enterprises and existing problems about formal institution, informal institution and path dependence. Then it researches typical developmental experiences of small and micro enterprises in American, Japan and Germany. Finally countermeasures of institutional innovation are proposed to optimize the development of Chinese small and micro enterprises by referencing international experiences.

Abstract: Leather is a common processing material with poor rigidity in shoe manufacturing, there is easy to generate tensile or compress deformation, so reducing the processing quality. Considering the reasons of leather processing deformation, there are flexible material variety, different material thickness and complicated processing path. The article discussing the various impact factors of leather cutting deformation, combined with the theory and method of processing decision knowledge acquisition, processing knowledge management, and closed-loop compensation control, to propose a deformation compensation method of leather cutting based on knowledge management. Thought the real-time processing path compensation control, to correcting the tool trajectory in process, improving the accuracy and reliability of leather cutting.

Abstract: The cost is one of the four major targets for the project management; this paper introduces the construction cost reliability as an indicator to measure the management level of project cost. Through the statistic analysis of historical data, the comparative analysis about the actual cost data and original planned cost for each unit of work in the finished project is conducted to confirm the probability distribution of cost overrun or cost saving and predict the reliability of cost, and this is applied in a real project case.

Abstract: System reliability theory is becoming a focus of international management science and system engineering research, though specific studies are still at a starting stage in the field of engineering project management. According to objective system of engineering project, the connotation of construction reliability is defined and based on principle of network reliability, a method of disjointed minimal paths set is proposed and the symbol expression formula is given to calculate construction reliability. This method is proved efficient and accurate by an example and useful try on theory and method research of engineering project system reliability is made.
