Abstract: In recent years, with the development of construction industry in our country, the Zhejiang highway and city road mileage grows rapidly, playing a great role in promoting the development of economy. However, local sections in after the opening because of bad foundation treatment, leading to the traffic road surface subsidence, surface cracking phenomenon, caused the adverse effects on the ground transportation and increased the cost of maintenance. This project is based on the special position of the Qian Tang River in Hangzhou, analyzing different sections of the foundation treatment in different ways, to find a balance between the foundation treatment effect and economic benefit.

Abstract: MBD (Model Based Definition) technology is the development trend of digital design and manufacture. Design information includes geometric elements, annotations and process attributes. In the paper, the focus is concentrated on digital three-dimensional (3D) labeling of annotations. The 3D labeling system of product design information is seamlessly integrated with NX platform to define digital information of a 3D product model. The Key technologies of the 3D labeling system realization on NX platform mainly includes transformation of space coordinates, reference plane construction based on solid modeling and 3D dimensioning. NX internal program mode is adopted where the developed program is compiled and linked to generate the dll file whose codes are small and whose connection speed is fast. Integrated digital definition of a 3D model shortens product development cycle and improves product design and manufacturing efficiency.

Abstract: Ordos basin is prolific in petroleum, natural gas, and coal resources, and is an important energy base in our country. The petroleum distributes in Jurassic to be subjected by the eroding river valley and Triassic to be subjected by depositional system of delta. The natural gas distributes in Upper Paleozoic to be controlled by the delta depositional system and Lower Paleozoic to be controlled by the fossil weathered crusts. The coal distribute in Permo-Carboniferous, Triassic and Jurassic, which has been controlled by the turning stage of tectonism and palaeokarsts. The distribution of oil, gas and coals present the regulation in the basin, but the styles that the dissimilarity structure unit to places have the bigger difference. In order to reduce the exploration cost, the petroleum, natural gas and coals should carry on comprehensive exploration.

Abstract: aiming at the difficulty of dynamic evaluation and realizing innovation in Product Family Evolution (PFE), an evaluation method of the product family for mass customization is presented by analyzing the influences of customer needs, enterprise resources and product data in the implementation process of Product Family (PF). From the perspective of time and space, the dynamic and static relative of PFE is summarized. In order to judge the situation of current product family and achieve the evolution innovation of product family, a comparative evaluation model for the product family based on Grey Conjunction Degree is established. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the method were proved by evaluation and analysis of Small Wheel Loaders (SWLs).

Abstract: This paper describes a new testing equipment developed to perform geogrid creep tests under confined load and in different temperatures simultaneously, and the confined load and temperature factors’ influence on the creep characteristics of geogrid was researched systemically , then the tests data was dealt by correlation analysis.The results shows that :the influence of confined load on geogrid creep is very significant, creep tests under no confined load will produce conservative results .The influence of confined load is weaker than the influence of temperature factor. The both two factors must be considered in geogrid creep tests .

Abstract: The function hierarchy matrix and function incidence matrix was defined to describe the function and to achieve the function decomposing of mature products. At the same time, the function unit table was built, and then the function units of a kind of products were achieved based-on the table. The relationship between function units achieved above was expressed by using the function hierarchy matrix and function incidence matrix. The function incidence matrix was operated to get the function tree and function decomposing based on bottom-up method by using λ-intercept, a conception in fuzzy design.

Abstract: By combining seismic with geology, we processing a detailed stratigraphic classification in the Wangfu depressed areas. In this way, targeting the geologic horizons and seismic horizons in the wells according to the synthetic seismic logs. We may gain an Corresponding Relation between seismic with geology. Then compare the stratigraphic division . From the point of evolutionary history of regional structure, geological information generated by tectonic movement was recorded, for example, plane of unconformity, sedimentary cycle, lithology, lithofacies, and their responds in the seismic profile.

Abstract: Industrial boiler systems are used in manufacturing plant to generate steam for the purpose of production. The current boiler feed exhibits the feedwater chemical parameters that are not consistent with the acceptable water chemistry limits. Around 60% of damages of power plant equipment occur due to deviation from the normal water chemistry. The Six Sigma DMAIC method was used to investigate and prioritize the main issues revolving around these parameters-namely Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control. Based on this case study of the plant, it was found that the leading issues are that there is insufficient pretreatment to remove silica. It was found that there has been significant improvement to water quality to almost all the investigated parameters namely the Silica content, Hardness content and P-alkalinity in the water. The results of this study have proven that Six Sigma is useful in creating sustainable improvement in process in an organization.

Abstract: Lean construction is an improvement on the traditional mode of construction of the project, to its use in the construction industry and project management in the study on lean thought construction management mode and implementation method based on lean thinking; origin, proposed the application of lean management in the construction industry on the basis of theory of lean production, through the analysis of the core of lean lean method based on construction management mode, the implementation of lean thinking based on the lean construction, is to realize the objective of improving the management level of the construction industry as a whole. At the same time, combining the current situation of Chinese construction, and puts forward some applicable to China construction industry practice of lean construction measures.
