Abstract: In this paper, using finite element software ANSYSanalyzes seismic respons of Fuyang river aqueduct, respectively establishfinite element model under viscoelastic boundary conditions and elasticboundary conditions, compare and analyze seismic respons of aqueduct structureunder two kinds of boundary conditions. The results show that, compared withelastic boundary conditions, viscoelastic boundary conditions not only cansimulate elastic recovery performance of foundation, but also can realizeinfinite medium radiation damping, and viscoelastic boundary conditions is moreclose to the actual situation.

Abstract: On the basis of analysing objective hierarchy and synergy relationship, objective system of construction project is built. Then based on system reliability theory, the reliability index is introduced and definition of objective system synergy of construction project is proposed. Taking time, cost and quality as example, constructing multi-objectives reliability function and the reliability synergy model of working procedures even the whole construction project objective system is built. The method discovered a new way for objective synergy of construction project and contributed to project management efficiency.

Abstract: The large scale cavity group structures failure phenomena often appear in the catastrophe process of the complicated cavity groups system, so, it is very important to study the structure effect of cavity group for controlling disaster in engineering and coordinating mining of the hidden danger resources. The cavity group structure were defined and classified. The structure effect of the fifteen kinds of working condition was simulated by using Rock Failure Process Analysis code (RFPA2D). the results show as follows: 1) The stability order of the typical cavity group structures was the second one, the third one and the first one; 2) The phenomena of small cavities interpenetrating and forming a big cavity often appeared in the kinds of the first and the third structure in the process of system Catastrophe, but not in second structure; 3) The system appeared catastrophe easily with the number rising of the first structure, the third structure taking the second place and the second structure taking the last place; 4) The risk of the system consisting of two groups of the third structures was greater than one of the system consisting of one group of the first structure; 5) The more the number of the poor stability structures is in the up of system, the more poor stability the system had; 6) the same structures were placed in the upper and lower order in system, the lower structure would appear prior into the failure and instability status. Based on the above analysis on structure effect, the new technology mode of controlling disaster of structure reconstructing was proposed, and the strategy of controlling disaster was also studied. The study results would provide the support for controlling disaster in China's mines with complicated cavity groups.

Abstract: The geological disaster prevention projects generally have characteristics of dispersed distribution and low investment. If the tenders division can not be done properly, some problems such as project management difficulty, project quality risk, high security risk could easily be caused, the cost and duration target of the project is also difficult to achieve. According to the characteristics of geological disaster prevention projects, analytic hierarchy process is used to study the tenders division of the geological disaster prevention projects. Tenders division optimization will be conducive to achieve the project goals of quality, safety, cost and duration.

Abstract: Coal is a major source of energy and an important industrial raw material. Studies show that it is of instructive significance to study the law of cycle fluctuation of coal production for formulating a reasonable coal resource developing plan and guaranteeing the coal supply. Adopting the theory and study framework of the economic cycle fluctuation, this thesis takes the total coal output in China as the object of the study and estimates the fluctuation of coal production by using the econometric methods such as CF filter and the like. Studies show that there is a major cycle fluctuation of 6 years and a seasonal fluctuation of 3 to 6 months of the coal production in China. The additional analysis shows that there is a long term co-integration relationship of the cycle fluctuation of macro economy and seasonal fluctuation of thermal power generation to the cycle fluctuation of coal production in China, which are the major causes of the cycle fluctuation of the coal production; among them, the cycle fluctuation of macro economy has an unidirectional influence on that of the coal production, while the seasonal fluctuation of thermal power generation and the cycle fluctuation of coal production have bidirectional influence.

Abstract: The design tries to discuss and explode the synergetic methods of shell structure and buildings shape and space, considering the architectural regionalism and publicity as an iportant starting point. Based on the mechanics of shell structure, paramtric design methods are used to realize natural lighting and dramatic scene through openning holes on the hyperbolic haraboloid shell, under the dynamic and real-time control of structural computing software. Through digital design technology, expressive morphology of shell structure is re-created in modern context, reaching the aim of economy, efficiency and beauty in structural art.

Abstract: Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), as an innovative inventory management, has been concerned by more and more scholars and corporations. When conducting VMI model, managers normally forecast demand,through exponential smoothing method, to compute order quantity or order release time. However, the exponential smoothing method is very dependent on the selection of smoothing coefficient. Moreover, with the development of technology and science, increasing categories and decreasing producing cycle of products, manager's lack of historical data, exponential smoothing method fails to forecast demand perfectly. This paper applies exponential smoothing method, which is based on the idea of dynamic programming,to forecast customer demand and determine order release time, so as to keep or approximately keep service level remain at targeted service level.
