Abstract: The Thevenin equivalent circuit model is established for single lithium battery,current and voltage data to identify the parameters of the equivalent circuit is obtained by the discharge experiment, and the open circuit voltage and charge state relationship curve was obtained by curve fitting.On this basis, design the extended Kalman filter algorithm and unscented Kalman filter algorithm on the lithium battery state of charge, then use Matlab/Simulik simulation, the results of the state prediction of the two different algorithms are compared. The analysis results show that two kinds of algorithm are effective for single lithium battery state of charge estimation, and no trace of Calman filter algorithm can effectively solve the the problem of accuracy is not high of the extended Calman filter ,which due to the linear approximation.

Abstract: Firstly, this paper gives the concept and characteristics of urban agglomeration, and analyzes the relationship between urban transport systems and urban transport group between. Then in urban agglomerations disequilibrium between supply and demand characteristics of the traffic, and analyzes the factors that influence urban agglomeration traffic. And expanding the range of travel modes, including road, rail, air and maritime transport, proposed determination method of urban agglomeration traffic supply and demand disequilibrium. Finally, numerical example is used to analyze its practicality and feasibility.

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of enterprise logistics scheduling and save transport costs, the paper uses ACO to complete the path planning of enterprise logistics scheduling distribution, the paper first illustrates the present situation of the uneven geographical distribution of our country enterprise logistics resource and the different urban demands, and then states in detail the basic principle of ACO, finally carries out the enterprise logistics scheduling example simulation, the experimental results show that ACO shows a fast convergence, a high efficiency, and which can conveniently realize the path planning for the optimal solution, the experiment proves that the ACO has certain advantages of applying into enterprise logistics scheduling distribution, and which has a high research value.

The results found that a major determinant of regional economy, which is in the demographic dividend period, is per capita consumption and the dependency ratio.

Abstract: Juglone is isolated from many plant species belonging to Juglandaceae family. Recent studies have shown that Juglone exhibits various bioactivities including anti-tumor functions. However, its anti-cancer activity on human ovarian cancer SKOV3 cell has not been examined. Thus, the current study was designed to elucidate the effect of Juglone on migration of human ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells. In the present study, SKOV3 cells were incubated with Juglone at various concentrations. Wound healing assay and Transwell chambers were used to detect migration of SKOV3 treated with Juglone for 24h. The result showed that Juglone inhibited the migration of SKOV3 cells with concentration of Juglone at 25, 50 or 100μM compared with control cells. Therefore, our results indicated that Juglone may be a potential candidate of drug for ovarian cancer.

Abstract: CD147 is expressed on the cell surface of most tumor cells, which results in cancer cells proliferation, invasion, metastasis and angiogenes. Our previous study indicated that CD147 could promote invasion andmetastasis of prostate cancer. However the role of CD147 on cell proliferation has not to be explored inprostate cancer. In this study, the effects of CD147 on cell proliferation of hormone-independent prostatecancer (LNCaP-AI) was investigated. In the present study, cell cycle distribution was investigated by flowcytometry and cell cycle protein were analysis by wester blot. The results demonstrated that knock-donwn CD147 expression induced G0/G1 phase arrest, and expression of cyclin D1 has potential suppressed with western blot analysis. The results suggest that CD147 could inhibit cell prolifearion and as potential therapeutic application in treatment of proste cancer.

Abstract: According to the observation to chilling injury symptoms of Lingwu Long Jujube, as well as the analysis to the enzyme activity related to the anti-adversity of plant in this paper, it is found that the disease will outbreak in 4-10 hours after low temperature pre-cooling, and the main symptoms include sinking semi-spherical dry spots and fibrosis of flesh. It is measured that the activity of polyphenol oxidase and phenylalnine ammonialyase in the diseased fruit is 0.34U and 101.689U separately, but the activity is 0.133U and 49.156U separately in healthy fruits, and there is a significant difference, but the difference of peroxidase is not significant. It laid the foundation for further research on relationship between chilling injury and metabolic pathway.

Abstract: Taking Red Grape as material, studied on the effect of SO2 interval fumigation treatments on the shelf life of red grape, which is stored under 15°C. The concentration of sulfur dioxide as 0%(CK), 3%(TR1), 5%(TR2) and 8%(TR3) respectively and keep one-hour. The results indicated that TR2 showed a remarkable ability to inhibit increasing of MDA content, and 36.69% lower than CK. This study showed that The shelf life of 15°C best Red grape treatment was fumigated by 5% SO2 for one hour, and keep the grape storage quality significantly.

Abstract: The main objective of this study was to make out the decontamination effects of bacillus atrophaeus in different locations by Vaporous Hydrogen Peroxide decontamination equipment which was designed independently. Bacillus atrophaeus were in different locations of the room, the room volume is 67m3. Then the Vaporous Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) decontamination equipment was opened to sterilize the room. After the sterilization, based on the Technical Standard For disinfection, the biological indicators including bacillus atrophaeus were incubated at37 °C for 48 hr,resultant colonies were enumerated. The BI results showed that along with the increase of distance between VHP decontamination equipment and the BI, decontamination time gradually extended. When the distance were 2m, 4m and 6m, the decontamination time were 15min, 30min and 30min. When the BI was put in the room corner, the decontamination time was 60min. From this paper,it can be determined that the VHP technology is a valid approach to the sterilization of interior space.
