Abstract: Project delay is prevalent and common. How to control project delay effectively is crucial for improving project performance. The 6 kinds of factors Influencing Time delay are distinguished on basis of literature. According to the structural equation modeling analysis step, the data is analysis using SPSS13.0 and AMOS7.0. This paper has made the examination and obtained the final structural equation modeling. So it has provided role for preventing the delay of duration on public construction.

Abstract: The water environment is a system with many uncertainties and requires doing research by the method of uncertainty. Based on the dynamics of river hydrology and water quality, the uncertainty and incompleteness characteristics of monitoring information and frequency, each parameter in the model of Dillion is managed by using the theory of Unascertained Mathematics and unascertained expected value. This paper probes into the study of the permissible input of total phosphorus of Poyang Lake in Jiangxi and the credible level calculation. With this method, not only can the unascertained expected value of the permissible input of total phosphorus be calculated, its subjective reliability can also be obtained on the basis of the rules of four fundamental operations of unascertained.

Abstract: With the current emphasis on building energy use and CO2 emission reduction, this study sought to compare the energy and environmental pollution items of South Korea’s green building certification system (GBCS) and the U.S. LEED system, with a view to exploring South Korea’s GBCS development direction. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, South Korea’s GBCS is led by the government while the U.S.’s LEED system is led by the private sector. Second, South Korea requires preliminary certification and main certification while LEED requires main certification. Third, the South Korean evaluation is based on the final score allotment while the LEED evaluation consists of prerequisite and credit items..

Abstract: with the rapid development of automobile industry in our country, the traditional sales mode cannot meet the needs of the development of enterprise. This paper aims at analyzing automobile marketing mode, summarizing the sales mode of deficiencies in the current market, so as to predict the development direction of automobile sales mode and trend effectively, thus provide the decision-making reference for China's auto manufacturers, distributors, etc.

Abstract: As people's living conditions have become increasingly demanding, increasing domestic urban green area of lawn machinery has entered a rapid development period. Through research and analysis of the existing lawn mower, the existing problems, combined with innovative ways of thinking based on a systematic theory of constraints on mower innovative designs were proposed to trim shrubs and grass and trim the corners mechanical integration , innovative design out of a small area of green space suit, while low noise and environmentally friendly multifunctional mower. And using computer software to carry out important parts of the mower mechanical analysis.

Abstract: The construction of a tall building in the close vicinity of existing buildings, may lead to a modification in its wind response. Therefore, the wind loads on buildings in realistic environments may be considerably different from those measured on isolated buildings. Neighboring buildings may either decrease or increase the flow-induced forces on a structure, depending mainly on the geometry and arrangement of these buildings and their orientation with respect to the direction of flow and upstream terrain conditions. This paper deals with mean and fluctuating models, as well as their spectra on a building, due to an adjacent building of side ratio 1 for wind direction from 0 to 45 degrees and the separation distance between two models. Interference effects were presented in the form of interference factors, findings were compared to analogous measurements of an isolated building.

Abstract: Equilibrium production, equilibrium price and equilibrium total revenue in the case of implementing third-degree price discrimination and unified pricing were analyzed under the condition of two oligopoly firms with 2 sub markets by complete information static game method, and the relationship between the three indexes of the two cases were studied. The results showed that, under the condition of linear demand functions of the two sub markets, the equilibrium output of unified pricing was equal to the equilibrium output of discriminative pricing; the equilibrium price of unified pricing was weighted average of the equilibrium prices of two sub markets while discriminative pricing; the equilibrium total revenue of unified pricing was less than the equilibrium total revenue of discriminative pricing.

Abstract: According to engineering features of later-period supportive policy on reservoir resettlement, Economic evaluation index system of implementation effect on later-period supportive policy of reservoir resettlement is built to assess the implementation result of reservoir resettlement policy effectively in recent years. Considering the complexity of the evaluation index and the nonlinear characteristics of evaluation process, it is built that the comprehensive evaluation model of implementation effect on later-period supportive policy of reservoir resettlement based on ANFIS(Fuzzy artificial neural network) to provide the decision-making reference for implementation and improvement of later-period supportive policy of reservoir resettlement.

Abstract: How to improve the success rate of the industry-university-research cooperation and form a benign circulation, is the primary topic of current research studies, reasonable investment in research and development is an important guarantee for sharing research results between enterprises and scientific research institutes. It applies the dynamic information game to analysize the input relation between the enterprise and the scientific research institute in the process of the industry-university-research cooperation, and demonstrates the effect of the collaborative pattern on the profit reliezation of the both sides.

Abstract: A trichloroethene (TCE) plume has been discovered inside an industrial park located in Taiwan. The objectives of this study were to characterize the solvent spill site and prepare a corrective action plan (CAP) for site remediation. The following tasks have been performed under Taiwan Soil and Groundwater Remediation Act corrective action: (1) geophysical survey to verify the existence and fate of all potential contaminant sources in the vicinity of the avionics repair shop; (2) soil-gas survey and soil/groundwater analyses to delineate the lateral and vertical extent of contaminants in the subsurface; (3) application of field screening techniques to determine the presence of dense, non-aqueous-phase liquids (DNAPLs); (4) contaminant transport modeling; (5) evaluation of the remedial options, conduction of cost analysis, and selection of the optimal treatment system. Results from the site characterization indicate that an extended TCE plume existed in site groundwater, which needs to be contained and remediated. A two-phase remedial approach has been developed. Phase I was to contain the existing dissolved groundwater plume in the surficial aquifer and initiate mass removal of DNAPLs. Phase II was to conduct feasibility studies and possibly test surfactant washing and biobarrier techniques.
