Abstract: With the development of communications technology, it is an issue that how to properly handle the communication signals. In response to this problem, this paper presents an artificial fish-swarm algorithm optimized by game theory, through the study of max-min strategy in game theory, the artificial fish-swarm algorithm is optimized by the adaptive strategies to achieve the optimization of communication signal processing. Simulation results indicate that the artificial fish-swarm algorithm optimized by game theory is a potential optimization algorithm, which is easy and convenient to programme.

Abstract: In this paper we proposed the new method of a lifting wavelet transform accoding to the characteristics of the parallel computing hardware units in practial application. We improved the mode of integer to construct a new 5/3 wavelet transform scheme .In order to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method applying the new method to the image and compare the result obtained using the traditional transform by the MSE evaluation. Experimental results show that the proposed method is superior and reducing the number of computations and the large capacity storage that restrict the implementation of algorithm for hardware.

Abstract: The simulation model of wireless power transmission system is based on the experimental model contained E-E-sized core. Analyzing the basic electro-magnetic relation of loosely coupled transformer in the WPT system ,and studying the principle of the energy method to calculate the inductances and coupling coefficient. Using the finite element simulation software to analyze the inductances and coupling coefficient of different air gap, transverse lateral distance and longitudinal lateral distance, finding the effect of the coupling coefficient by the above three situations, which provide a reference for improving the coupling coefficient and efficiency of the wireless power transmission system.

Abstract: This paperfocuses on the networked control system (NCS) with sensor and actuatorfailures, considering the impact of the network delay and parameter uncertaintyon system performance, We propose a design of robust Η∞ fault-tolerant control based on static outputfeedback .The closed- loop networked control system possessing asymptoticallystable is given by staticoutput feedback, fault-tolerantcontrol theory and Lyapunov stability theory. Then the fault-tolerant controller is deduced by using linear matrixinequalities. Numerical simulation illustrates the method has a good robustfault tolerant capability that the conclusions are valid.

Abstract: Powerful digital cameras and image processing software, so that the image of tampering counterfeit technology is developing rapidly, the role of digital images to verify the authenticity and the beginning of forensics technology will become more important. For the most common digital image tampering copy and paste operation, this paper presents a round-based SIFT descriptor operator forensic image copy and paste algorithm that extracts the image to be detected circular feature vector descriptor, and using feature vectors copy and paste the image matching to detect and locate the area. Experiments show that the method of image rotation, zoom, blur, noise and other image processing operations are robust, able to quickly and effectively detect tampering in digital images traces copy and paste operations, and is able to copy and paste the region for accurate positioning.

SMS Remote Control System Based on GSM uses mobile phone as the tools for sending control commands, SMS group sending device as the tools to receive the control instruction, PC as the analytical tools for the control commands, and smart appliances as the final controlled objects. It is an ultra long-range wireless control system based on the global mobile communications network.

Abstract: A new speech enhancement method based on bionic wavelet transform is presented here. Voice signals with noise would be bionic wavelet coefficients by bionic wavelet transform, then, the purpose of speech enhancement can be achieved by means of the bionic wavelet coefficients based on the improved correlation function processing. Abstract: In order to improve the intelligibility of the noisy speech, a novel speech enhancement algorithm using distortion control is proposed. The reason why current speech enhancement algorithm cannot improve speech intelligibility is that these algorithms aim to minimize the overall distortion of the enhanced speech. However, different speech distortions make different contributions to the speech intelligibility. The distortion in excess of 6.02dB has the most detrimental effects on speech intelligibility. In the process of noise reduction, the type of speech distortion can be determined by signal distortion ratio. The distortion in excess of 6.02dB can be properly controlled via tuning the gain function of the speech enhancement algorithm. The experiment results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the intelligibility of the noisy speech considerably.

Abstract: Based on a number of stratigraphic sedimentary information included in log data, application of the Artificial Neural Network to identify sedimentary microfacies from well logging data can complete the series auto-interpreting. The application can improve the auto-interpreting accuracy and make us get more satisfied results. Ten parameters from the well logging curves are selected for to describing their shape characteristics when the deposition patterns of 8 in gas-bearing formation of Upper Paleozoic group, Ordos basin are studied. Effective parameters were selected on the basis of cores, and based on artificial neural network pattern recognition technique; the sedimentary microfacies of well cross section were auto-interpreted. About 300 wells and the results were interpreted by using the software. The software will be fit for the researchers who have the experiences of geological interpretation and some backgrounds of local geology.
