Abstract: Microwave filters are applied widely. It cannot only reduce workers working hours,but also increase productivity effect if intelligent computer-aided tuning techniques are introduced in large volume production. An intelligent platform is designed and realized for cavity filter tuning in this paper. This platform extracts the parameter of filter and then controls motor to adjust the filter parameter automatically. The results have shown that the research in computer-aided tuning techniques is much of realistic meaning.

Abstract: The accurate estimation for state of charge (SOC) of battery is an important basis on the charging and discharging control and power optimization management of battery for electric vehicle, it affects life of the battery and the dynamic performance of vehicle directly, but the SOC of battery can not be measured directly, in order to obtain SOC of battery. A simple way of SOC calculation is proposed. Ampere time algorithm is taken as the foundation of SOC estimation and other factors affecting capacity of battery are compensated. Simulation on calculation method of SOC of battery is conducted using Matlab/Simulinks; Simulation results show that the calculation method SOC of battery is feasible.

Abstract: A novel computer aided geometry approach for type synthesis and analysis of new spatial 4-DOF parallel manipulators is put forward, and create the computer simulation mechanisms of parallel manipulators using the geometric constraints and dimension driving techniques in CAD software, Based on the computer simulation mechanisms of parallel manipulators, several new spatial 4-DOF parallel manipulators are synthesized, the kinematic characteristics of the moving platforms are analyzed by computer simulation. The results of computer simulation prove that the computer aided geometric approach for solving type synthesis and kinematic analysis is not only fairly quick and straightforward, but also has the advantages of accuracy.

Abstract: The tool magazine and automatic tool changer are important functional components, which actual performance affects the efficiency of machining center directly. BT50-32L produced by ZhongHuan (Group) is the research object in this paper, it introduces the application of the control system from aspects of the design of overall program, the control of tool magazine and automatic tool changer. The core of the tool magazine control system is PLC, which can select the nearest tool and achieve the control of tool position, the flip of tool holder and the tool changer of manipulator during the operation. The communication of PC HMI and PLC achieve the simulation and control of the operational status. This system is certified to meet the application requirements with the stable performance, simple structure, easy operation and the rapid and accurate action.

Abstract: To solve the problem of space flexible manipulator to track the desired trajectory, the robust control is proposed using a NN function to approach the comprehensive modeling errors. The adaptive feedback control for vibration suppression is designed of the system with unknown parameters. The adaptive laws are obtained by Lyapunov method without any prior knowledge about the bounds of unknown parameters. Finally, the numerical simulation is carried out, which proves the controller proposed is feasible and effective.

Abstract: Wind sailing boat fades out maritime transport industry gradually, because of its existence decreases the ship stability, and threatens mariners and ships security vastly. Project group has worked out high stability and security ship through researching literature and emulation-technique. Through the design of a parent ship and a sub-shipa set of wind sailing system and a water supply and drainage system, and the modeling calculation and analysis about the thrust of the fixed pitch propeller matching with the sailing, we can conclude that the added sub-ships can enhance ships stability in constant speed sailing situation. So it can improve thrust and reduce fuel consumption through increasing the scale of wind sailing.

Abstract: For two-wheeled self-balancing robot nonlinear model uncertainties and other characteristics, the design of fuzzy immune PD controller and a simulation study. The simulation results show that the control system than the conventional fuzzy PD controller with a small overshoot, adjust the time is short, anti-interference ability, etc., applicable to the mathematical model and the parameter change is difficult to determine two-wheeled self-balancing robot control system.

Abstract: In this paper, we have Elaborated the mathematical model of temperature field and flow field of the oil-immersed transformer, and analysis its structure of thermal .We established a temperature finite element model of an oil-immersed transformer using the method of flow-solid-thermal coupling. Using the software of ANSYS, simulating on a 250MVA oil-immersed transformer, we obtain the steady-state temperature distribution and the winding hottest locations. Analyze the effect of oil-speed to the temperature field and location of the hot spot temperature of oil-immersed transformer. The results show that when oil flow rate is increases in the normal range, Transformer temperature rise corresponding slowly, and its location hottest temperature slightly pulled accordingly. The fiber measure different speeds Oil immersed transformer winding hot spot temperature to provide a basis for positioning.
