Abstract: The study on farm vehicle electric window controller is studied in this work. Considering the characteristic and the demand of farm vehicle window lifter, it has been designed the control system of cross arm lifter. The system can realize the motors over-current, over-voltage and overheat protection. By monitoring the current, it can identify the situation of the lifter glass way up coming cross obstacles and realize anti-pinch function automatically. Through the actual production testing, the system performance is proved to be stable and reliable, and it has a certain popularization and application value in future.

Abstract: Proposal the medium filling scheme of LNG tank container impact testing that filling the tank with water which mass is equal to dangerous goods, since the medium filling scheme before is difficult and loss, by finite element calculation with ANSY to the stress of LNG tank framework in the actual conditions and test conditions. Studies show that the two conditions of the tank is similar, test conditions can simulate the actual filling conditions. Applying this conclusion to the impact test, which can greatly simplify the test procedure and reduce the difficulty of the test, the test can be enhanced operability and economy.

Abstract: Aiming at air rolling bearing vibration signals low SNR and nonstationary characteristics, taking wavelet theory and principles of the wavelet noise reduction for air vibration signals of rolling bearings to conduct wavelet noise reduction processing.By means of the simulation signal wavelet noise reduction processing and fast Fourier transform, the contrast analysis of the vibration signals after wavelet noise reduction and FFT transform and the original signal directly to the result of the fast Fourier transform, and thus prove the validity of the vibration signal wavelet noise reduction. Through the actual vibration signals of bearing conductnoise reduction processing, the result is a further indication of the superiority of wavelet noise reduction in eliminate noise interference.

Abstract: Welded stress has an important impact on quality and life of of high-pressure pipeline. Based on pipeline material performance, considered welding arc force and its mining action, selected double ellipsoidal heat source model, simulated welding process of of high-pressure pipeline, analysised welding temperature field and stress field, determined the distribution disciplines of welding stress, provides useful help on exploring the disciplines of pipeline welding.

Abstract: This present paper deals with transform and design of electric-control trunk device for new Beetle. The path generation method is used to synthesis a new linkage mechanism. And the dimensions of this mechanism are optimized by genetic algorithm. Subsequently PWM modulation method is implemented in the microcontroller for inverter and electric control, which responses to the trunk opening, closing and reacting to interference.

Abstract: This paper demonstrates a self-made solar energy desalination system of pouring falling film evaporation and condensation and multi-effect heat return, which adopts solar energy heat gathering system as the heat source and wind-power generation as the power supply, realizing the optimal matching of the whole system. The practical operation of the system is tested and the results show that the water yield per heat gathering area unit reaches 12 kg/m2·d when the solar radiation is 20MJ/d. Also, this paper explores and analyzes the main factors influencing the water yield, so as to figure out the favorable operating parameters.

Abstract: Limit cycle flutter analysis of a high-aspect-ratiowing with an external store is presented. The concentrated store mass iscombined into the governing equations which are obtained using the extendedHamilton’s principle. The high-aspect-ratio wing structural model, which alsoconsiders the in-plane bending motion, is used. Three possible nonlinearitiesare considered including structural nonlinearities, aerodynamic nonlinearities,and store nonlinearities. Time simulation and bifurcation diagrams areperformed to analysis systems with three nonlinearities.
