Abstract: The doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) is an important component of wind turbine systems,so the fault analysis is great necessary.This paper shows a way to analysis the features of stator inter-short circuit fault,which is based on multi-circuit theory.The fault features of stator inter-turn short circuit in doubly fed induction are analyzed in this paper,deeply and thoroughly.Then a multi-loop model was carried out to simulate 5.5kW DFIG ,which was in normal conditions and in cases of fault of stator inter-turn short circuit,respectively.A fourier transformation was applied to analysis the simulation results,especially about short circuit current.

Abstract: The paper introduces the harm of main shaft hoist wire rope tension imbalance and the main method of tension tests according to the actual situation of the scene, it proposes a method of steel rope tension on-line monitoring system, then it carries on the design of the system hardware circuit and experiment proves that the scheme is feasible.

Abstract: Harmonic response analysis is used in this paper, and the purpose is to analyze the vibration response of a motorcycle frame at the frequency of the load changes continuously. Then comparison about vibration characteristics of the frame structure before and after improvement is to verify the validity of the frame structure improvement.

Abstract: This paper investigates the hybrid synchronization behavior (coexistence of anti-synchronization and complete synchronization) in three coupled chaotic systems with ring connections. We employ the direct design method to design the hybird synchronization controllers, which transform the error system into a nonlinear system with a special antisymmetric structure. A simple stability criterion is then derived for reaching hybrid synchronization. Finally, numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis.

Abstract: This article introduced the principle of hydraulic system for billet continuous casting shear in Ma-steel. Analyzed the problem that the hydraulic system flow was not enough to meet manufacture need during commissioning. put forward the solution that accumulators group was made use to add hydraulic system flow according to manufacture actual fact,resolved the practical problem and obtained the satisfactory effect.

Abstract: Modeling of the large diameter Fresnel lens mold machine tool bed using 3D software solid works, and then import the ANSYS Workbench, natural frequencies and modal shapes are obtained by the study of the modal analysis and analysis of the structure characteristics of the machine bed, for the next step on the bed structure optimized to provide a reliable theoretical basis.

Abstract: LS-DYNA software was adopted to conduct research of numerical simulation on hot stamping of front bumper to calculate the temperature field distribution, stress field distribution, FLD figure and etc. of parts in the course of hot stamping so as to predict and analyze the formability of parts. ProCAST software was employed to conduct research of numerical simulation on solid quenching course concerning hot stamping to calculate temperature field distribution of tools and component of multiple stamping cycles; Based on the simulation,the hot stamping mould was developed,and the front bumper components of hot forming were stamped, Compared the test results with the simulation, both the results coincide basically with same variation trend .Results obtain from numerical simulation can provide significant reference value to hot stamping part design, formability predication and tools cooling channel system design.
