Abstract: Actuator is the main executive mechanism for the attitude control of aircraft in the aerospace industry and aviation field. With the further development of technology, higher quality of product research and detection has been required. According to the test requirements, the actuator nonlinear parameter testing system is designed to realise the automatic detection for actuator transmission mechanism on the basis of the research in nonlinear measured parameter of tranmission accuracy. Firstly, the principle and detection scheme of the system was presented. Then the overall structure of the system was designed. After that, the hardware circuit of the system which used TMS320F2812 as main control chip was designed. It mainly consisted of the function of each module and the working process of the system. Finally, the software of the image acquisition system was presented. With the experimental verification, the system realises the automatic detection for tranmission accuracy and has advantages of low cost, high efficiency and strong resistance to interference. Abstract: through the analysis of the yacht shape characteristics, selection of other parameters reasonably, through the two development programming technology and CATIA software, we establish yacht parameters platform.Through the platform modeling, simulation of 3D yacht in three-dimensional software, finally we get the design scheme of Yangtze river yacht more reasonably.

Abstract: The meshing of spiral bevel gear is a very complicated nonlinear process.In order to obtain a more realistic stress , we take a pair of spiral bevel gear on EMU as the example to construct an accurate modeling with Pro/E and analyze its dynamics contact simulation with ANSYS/LS-DYNA. It calculates the distribution of the tooth surface’s stress during the entire dynamic meshing process. The curves of the tooth’s effective stress on different parts changing over time are obtained. At last, we make theoretical analysis on the calculation results.

Abstract: This paper discovers the dynamic modeling process based on equilibrium condition of forces and moments, in order to improve handling stability, the side-slip angle need to be reduced to zero, special process is used in the dynamic equations simplification for demanded theoretical steering angle of each axel. At last this systems steady-resonance characteristics are researched.

Abstract: by using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (sem), for minitype automobile driving axle half shaft fracture piece of organization and the fracture characteristic is analyzed and the results show that the axle shaft of conditioning treatment in the quenching temperature high enough, make its surface and center organization exists in the group more ferrite, caused the artifacts of the final hardness and fatigue strength is insufficient, led to the use of half shaft torsional fatigue fracture.

Abstract: Using torque telemetry system to test the mechanical drive system of rolling mill,it is found that the torsional vibration and current signal in the electric drive system have the same obviously vibration frequency. The model of cycloconverter, synchronous motor and mechanical drive system of rolling mill are built and analysed by Matlab/Simulink and ANSYS.The simulation results show when the harmonic torque frequency and the torsional vibration natural frequency of for mechanical drive system are equal or close, the strong torsional vibration arouse It is proved that the convertor output current harmonics can induce the electromechanical coupling vibration of main mechanical drive system under the certain conditions.

Abstract: The torque-controlled expansion anchors, undercut anchors,bonded anchors and special inverted conical chemical anchors subjected to tension load, which including single anchor, two anchors, four anchors and eight anchors are tested. Failure mode and tension performance of anchor group are investigated, and test value and calculative value of ultimate load are compared. Experimental results show that some anchor group occur the concrete cone failure under tension load, and others occur steel failure under tension load. Test value and calculative value of ultimate load are compared, and the result meets well.
