Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the effects and mechanism of chloroquine (CQ) on the apoptosis induced by cisplatin in human gastric cancer BGC823 cells. MTT assay was used to detect the state of cell growth. The appearances of cellular apoptosis were detected by laser scanning confocal microscopy and light microscopy. The expressions of LC3 and p62 were detected by laser scanning confocal microscopy. MTT tests showed that the non-toxic dose of CQ could increase the inhibition rate of BGC823 cells induced by cisplatin. Under the light microscope, the ratio of apoptotic cells in the group treated with non-toxic dose of CQ combined with cisplatin was higher than that in the group treated with cisplatin alone. Hoechst33342 staining showed that the ratio of apoptotic cells in the combination group was higher than that in the cisplatin group. The expression and colocalization of LC3 and p62 proteins were significantly increased in the combination group. These results indicate that CQ can enhance the cell apoptosis induced by cisplatin in BGC823 cells, which is through the inhibition of autophagy.

Abstract: Polyembryony is an infrequent situation in the conceived naturally. Pregnant woman would have some changes about several physical signs during pregnancy period. Some women even have some certain pregnancy reaction. For the pregnant women with multiple births, they would feel more discomfort during pregnancy period, and they have more probability to generate physical signs, polyembryony ups and downs increases accordingly. Not only during the pregnancy period, but also in the farrowing interval and after parturition the pregnant women with multiple births have much more probability to arise problems. Thus, for the nursing of multiple pregnancy complication, we should have foreseeability and prevention. This paper combines with common clinical data, and then discusses multiple pregnancy complication and treatment and nursing.

Abstract: The influence on rat myocardial aerobic capacity about IHT and Hilo.48 eight weeks SD male rats 48 for adaptability training a week later randomly divided into 6 groups,Control group (C), the exercise group (S), intermittent hypoxia group (I), intermittent hypoxia training (IS), high living in control group (H) and high live low practice group (HS),each group of eight.training group,aerobic exercise every day.Hypoxia group, hypoxic stimulus and hypoxia group three times a week,training load increasing every week.Partial slaughter after training,get the rat myocardial SDH and CCO respectively,measure its activity.Take the rat heart,test the rat ventricular wall thickness.After text:The SDH of myocardial have a very significant difference in S、I、IS、H、HS;The CCO of myocardial have a very significant difference in S、I、IS、H HS;Conclusion:The two kinds of low oxygen can improve the rat myocardial SDH and CCO,in this research IHT is superior to Hilo.

Abstract: We previously reported that transcription factor XBP1S is upregulated during chondrocyte differentiation and demonstrates the temporal and spatial expression pattern during skeletal development. Herein, we found that XBP1S stimulates chondrocyte differentiation from mesenchymal stem cells in vitro and endochondral ossification ex vivo. In addition, XBP1S activates granulin-epithelin precursor (GEP), a growth factor known to stimulate chondrogenesis, then enhances GEP-stimulated chondrogenesis and endochondral bone formation. Collectively, these findings demonstrate that XBP1S positively regulates endochondral bone formation by activating GEP chondrogenic growth factor.

Abstract: This paper combines the technical features of multi-agent to form the intelligent decision supporting system for exercise prescription of psychological disorder based on multi-agent. And studies for the system decision-making process and system implementation are also presented. Meanwhile, it shows the insufficiency of the intelligent decision supporting system to lay a foundation for the realization of computerization in exercise prescription of psychological disorder.

Abstract: To solve the rehabilitation evaluation problem of rehabilitation training, a rehabilitation evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was presented for 6-DOF wearable lower limb rehabilitation robot. Relative degradation degree was introduced to represent the transformation of the actual state of rehabilitation training and the very poor rehabilitation. On the basis, Rehabilitation evaluation model was built based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, each layer of which was evaluated respectively, and suggests rehabilitation evaluation results of a lower limb rehabilitation robot. The instance analysis shows that the method is reasonable and effective.

Abstract: with the intense degree of sports competition strengthening and improvement of the application of computer technology, how to carry out skilled motion targeted training is one of the most important problems needed to be solved for athletes and coaches must face. In this article, by analyzing the sports linkage principle from the perspective of the human skeleton model, and based on computer Petri technology, it is combined with the feature of regular physical activity data to set up a sports skilled motion characteristic model excavating the association rules among the sports skilled motion, so as to shorten the development period of training and improve the level of the athletes, providing a scientific research method.

Abstract: Purpose: Determine the changes of saponin content in Paris polyphylla and analyze the correlation among them to provide theoretical basis for determining the best harvest scheme and clinical Paris polyphylla research; determine the similarity between wild Paris polyphylla and statutory Paris polyphylla, and explore expanding base sources of Paris polyphylla. Method: Adopt HPLC technology, build fingerprint of Paris polyphylla, and determine the content of all polyphyllin. Results: The contents of polyphyllin in different growing years have obvious difference, and the correlation among the compositions in the classification of dioscin is significant, while the correlation among the compositions in the classification of pennogenin is not obvious; the fingerprint of Paris delavayi Franchet and Paris mairei Leveille and the similarity of statutory Paris polyphylla are basically identical. Conclusion: The content of polyphyllin is not the single accumulation of time, it also closely connected with temperature, illumination, humidity and other environment in the growth cycle; the evaluation of the quality of Paris polyphylla should build standard colour spectra and fingerprint, and combine the changes of contents of main index components, thus, the quality of Paris polyphylla can be controlled effectively.

Abstract: As is a significant public health issue to predict the incidence of influenza, this paper present a supported vector regression (SVR) model based on an automated method which worked as the following steps: firstly, the automated method is used to select the texts which highly related to the influenza, and then the SVR algorithm will find out the nonlinear between each context. According to the result, when assessing by the root mean squared predict error, the mean absolute error and the mean absolute percent error of the whole system, the SVR performed much better than single support vector machine regression prediction. Also, the validity of this method is verified.
