Abstract: [Objective]This paper aims to make a bioinformatics analysis on the subcellular localization and functional site of CagM protein in helicobacter pylori cag pathogenicity island and further explore the functions of CagM protein. [Methods]Apply SubLoc v1.0 program to make the subcellular localization of this protein, and use TargetP program and PSORTb version 2.0.4 to make the verification and analysis; use ANTHEPROT 5.0, Gene3D Scan Sequence software and InterPro Scan software to analyze the functional site of CagM protein, and use DOG1.0 software for the drawing. [Results]CagM is a kind of secretory protein located in the periplasmic space rather than a membrane protein; CagM has many functional sites such as N-glycosylation site, protein kinase C phosphorylation site, tyrosine kinase phosphorylation site, and myristoylation acting site as well as many PDZ III binding sites. [Conclusion]As a kind of secretory protein located in the periplasmic space, CagM protein will become the substrate of many kinds of kinases after the translation and a series of modification, and after it is activated, it will participate in the signal transmission function and the assembly of IV type secretion system, which may play a role in the collection and assembly process of other proteins.

Abstract: To investigate the therapeutic measures and clinical efficacy of mycoplasma mixed infection in children with pneumonia. We selected the pediatric ward of our hospital from February 2010 to February 2012, 106 patients received hospital treatment MP pneumonia cases, the patient specimen collection and virus detection, analysis and its clinical manifestations and treatment. Different kind of different ages in children with mycoplasma pneumonia infection mixed. MP childhood pneumonia combined with other pathogens than a simple MP infectious pneumonia symptoms is heavier, duration longer. In terms of treatment, diagnosis of MP infection, should be applied as soon as possible the effects of the macrolide antibiotic azithromycin treatment, treatment was combined with other pathogens, done immediately virological testing, chlamydia and sputum culture examination should be considered, according to the corresponding inspection.

Abstract: To analyze the characteristics of HFRS patients in Jilin area, we retrospectively analyzed 48 HFRS patients of Jilin area. The 48 HFRS patients were mainly young farmers. We found the clinical characteristics of the 48 HFRS patients were a trend of atypical, and the clinical symptoms in most patients were slight with no typical five-stage symptoms of HFRS. Damages of liver and kidney in those HFRS patients were serious and the prolongation of APTT and PT suggested the potential of DIC development.

Abstract: This template o observe the influence of living high-training low (Hilo) and intermittent hypoxia training (IHT) on the rats’ cardiovascular system. Male SD rats are randomly divided into four group. The training groups begin to receive training 3 times a week for a total of 4 weeks, incrementing the training load every week. After the experiments, every group is further divided into three groups as quiet group slaughtered, immediately and 3h group slaughtered and tested for their normal blood index and bemodynamic parameters. Both types of hypoxia training can improve the function of rats’ cardiovascular system, and IHT has greater influence on the improvement of rats’ heart function than Hilo.

Abstract: The OH-TCI was the first report of Kunitz/BPTI serine proteinase inhibitor from snake venom with strong inhibitory activity against trypsin and chymotrypsin. Thus it is theoretically attractive in ameliorating the effects of acute pancreatitis and reducing allogeneic blood product transfusion during cardiac surgery. To accomplish preclinical evaluation with OH-TCI, large-scale production of OH-TCI is produced in Escherichia coli. The optimized OH-TCI codons were cloned into pET32a (+). OH-TCI expressed as Trx tag is solubility as fusion bodies. The amount of the purified Trx-OH-TCI from 1 liter culture was roughly 200 mg. The inhibitor constants (Ki) of Trx-OH-TCI, similar to the native OH-TCI, were 2.67×10-7 and 3.60×10-7 M M for trypsin and chymotrypsin, respectively.

Abstract: Based on existing researches at home and abroad, an intensive study of ECG signal preprocessing, feature extraction, feature analysis and feature weight analysis was made in the Paper neural network classifier was designed to realize the ECG identification and it was optimized by GA algorithm and DNA algorithm. The main research was concluded as follows. Firstly, extracting the preprocessing and feature of ECG signal. We have analyzed the frequency of ECG signal and the noise signal included by using wavelet and wavelet threshold methods filter the low and high frequency noise in ECG signal. Secondly, analyzing weight of ECG feature and selecting the optimal feature subset. Evaluated by the accuracy rate of BP neural network classification, the optimal characteristics for identification subset is determined then. Thirdly, designing and optimizing the neural network classifier. As the BP neural network has the Problems of easily falling into local minimum and being not convergence, GA and DNA algorithm are used to optimize it.

Abstract: Cockroach has been utilized traditionally in China for the cure of cardiovascular disorders, such as circulatory disturbances. The present study was aimed to assess the vascular function of Xinmailong Injection (XML), a bioactive composite extracted from dried American cockroach. Effects of XML on Endothelial Cells Functions. The experiment will use NO kit and ET-1 kit of Xinmailong on endothelial cells

Abstract: To investigate the effect of autophagy induced by rapamycin (Rap) on proliferation of Human Leukemia Cells (HL60). HL60 cells are treated with rapamycin to induce autophagy. Then, Western blot is performed to examine the expression of Beclin1 and LC3. MTT assay is used to evaluate cell proliferation. The cell cycle is analyzed by flow cytometry (FCM). After treatment with rapamycin for 24 hours, LC3 is dramatically increased at protein level and autophagic activity is significantly increased. And MTT assay indicated that cell proliferation is inhibited by rapamycin. Compared with control group, more cells are arrested at G0/ G1 phases. We conclude that rapamycin can induce autophagy and suppress proliferation in HL60 cells.

Abstract: Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) combined with multivariate statistical analysis was applied to differentiate and identify Shigella sonnei and Escherichia coli O157: H7. FTIR absorption spectra from 4000-600 cm-1 were collected from sampling 10 μL of bacterial suspention. The spectra between 1800 and 900 cm-1 highlighted the most distinctive variations and were the most useful for characterizing the selected microorganisms. Spectra of the two bacteria were noticeably segregated with distinct clustering by principal component analysis (PCA). Further more, another cluster model of hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) was established and could also gave a good separation between the two bacteria. These results demonstrate that FTIR technology has considerable potential as a rapid, accurate and simple method for differentiating and identifying bacteria.
