Abstract: Through the visual inspection, the appearance of size measurement, crimping size measurement, the steel core crimping length measurement and steel core tensile strength test of tension crimp barrel on 220kV transmission line. Made a detail analysis on test results combined with wire crimping theory. Pointed out the wire crimping defects caused by crimping irregularities. Analyzed the main causes of rupture accident, and made recommendations for improvement. Provides a reference to wire crimp and wire accident analysis.

Abstract: Objective: The paper aims to establish the prediction model of urban power grid short-term load based on BP neural network algorithm. Method: Five factors influencing the urban power grid short-term load are used to establish the neural network model: date type, weather, daily maximum temperature, daily minimum temperature and daily average temperature. Matlab toolbox is used to develop the testing platform through VC++ programming. Result: The variable learning rates are 0.35 and 0.64. With 23410 iterations, the model is converged, and the global error is 0.00032. Conclusion: Through the data comparison and analysis, the relative error is within 5%, thus indicating the model is accurate and effective, and it can be used to predict the change of urban power grid short-term load.

Abstract: Because the reflectivity of astaxanthin vary in different bands (mainly 400nm-600nm), so we use the visible-near infrared spectra technique to irradiate the salmon. Because in daily life, people grade the salmon flesh with a color card. In this paper, we first use principal component analysis to reduce the dimensionality of the spectral data of salmon, then use linear discriminant analysis method, least squares support vector machine classification method to distinguish the flesh quality. The correct classification rates are 60%and73.3%. The results show that we can use visible – near infrared spectra to distinguish the quality of the salmon which doesn’t be dissected.

Abstract: Superior quality dental implant surface was achieved by an air-isolation technique of sand-blasted, large-grit, acid-etched (SLA) treatment. The experiment was conducted in an air-isolation conditions of sand-blasting and acid-etching. The surface microstructures, chemical compositions, and bioactive properties of treated Ti-6Al-4V implants were examined using scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and simulated body fluid (SBF) immersion test. Research results revealed that the air-isolation SLA (A-SLA) treated implant, which was coated with SBF thin liquid film and sandblasted for 20 s, exhibited better hydroxyapatite (HA)-inducing ability owing to its favorable wettability.

Abstract: Purpose: Test the content determination of total saponins in different parts of the plant Paris Polyphylla Var. Chinensis. Method: Take dioscin as reference substance and adopts ultraviolet spectrophotometry on the place of 310.5 nm to test the content determination of total saponins on different parts of the plant Paris Polyphylla Var. Chinensis. Results: the linearity of dioscin in the scope of 0.128mg~0.768mg is good, and the regression equation is A=3.1775C+0.2668(r=0.9994); the test results of average recovery shows that the average recovery ratio is 101.13%, and RSD is 2.31%(n=6). Conclusion: there are larger differences in the content determination of total saponins on different parts of the plant Paris Polyphylla Var. Chinensis; among them, the content in the rhizome of Paris Polyphylla Var. Chinensis is the highest 2.021%, the secondary high content is in the root 0.263%, while dioscin is not detected in the terrestrial stem and leaves.

Abstract: Taking young and tender bud of Paris polyphylla as explants, this paper studies the influence of different disinfection time, different pretreatment of low temperature, penicillin pretreatment in different time, and different bacteriostat treatment on the contamination rate of the tissue culture of Paris polyphylla. The experimental results show that: the disinfection effects of 30ss alcohol disinfection combining with 10mins sterilizing by mercuric chloride are the best; 4°C low temperature pretreatment for 360min is helpful to decrease the contamination rate; soaking in penicillin for 10min is effective for decreasing the contamination; respectively adding 3000mg/L sodium propionate and 20mg/L sodium benzoate in nutrient medium can effectively reduce the contamination rate.

Abstract: Objective: observed the influence on the immune function of normal mices to study the Shenqihuafen tablets function characteristics of the lung tonifition and the spleen invigoration. Methods:administered different doses of Shenqihuafen tablets to normal mices ,determinated of the Percentage and index of macrophage cell in abdominal cavity. Results: compared with the blank group, large, medium dose Shenqihuafen tablets group showed significantly higher percentage of macrophage cell in abdominal cavity of mices (P < 0.01), large, medium and small dose of Shenqihuafen tablets group showed significantly higher index of macrophage cell in abdominal cavity of mices. High doses of Shenqihuafen tablets group promoted significantly the formation of hemolysin in mices (P < 0.01), large dose of Shenqihuafen group promote significantly hemolytic plaque formation in mices (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Shenqihuafen tablets increased significantly the immune of mices.

Abstract: Objective: To study the pharmacodynamics of functional food Shenqihuafen tablets . Methods: After normal mice were given different doses of Shenqihuafen tablets, measure the mice’s endurance; And observe the effect on the mice meningeal microcirculation after they were given different doses of Shenqihuafen tablets. Results: Compared with the blank group, large doses Shenqihuafen tablets can significantly enhance endurance in mice; large, medium and small doses of Shenqihuafen tablets can significantly improve bilateral carotid artery ligation in mice caused by a decrease in cerebral blood flow, significantly improve meninges microcirculation. Conclusion: Shenqihuafen tablets with increased body endurance, improve microcirculation meninges and other effects, efficacy significantly.

Abstract: Objective:To study the effect of yuntongding capsules on migraine model induced by reserpine. Methods: The model group mice daily subcutaneous injection of reserpine injection (250mg/kg), once a day, 10 days, fourth days respectively to the perfusion of high, medium and low dosage of yuntongding capsules suspension, yunfujing tablets suspension, the headache of suspension, model group are the same volume of 0.5%CMC, the blank control group intraperitoneal injection of the same volume of physiological saline, with the same volume of 0.5%CMC is on the fourth day, for 7 days, eleventh days of perfusion 30min, according to the standards of grading for each mice is evaluated, and then the eyeball blood coagulation time are measured, take brain tissue are measured serotonin (5-HT). Results: Compared with the blank group, Symptoms integral model group increased significantly (P<0.01), coagulation time is significantly shorter (P<0.05), the content of 5-HT in brain homogenate is significantly decreased (P<0.01), indicating the model is successfully; compared with the model group, Yunfujing tablets group can significantly reduce the symptom score (P<0.01), high, middle does halo pain capsule group and six headache tablets group can significantly reduce the symptom score (P<0.05), high, medium does yuntongding capsules group and six headache tablets group can make the migraine model mice clotting time significantly prolonged (P<0.05), small does of yuntongding capsules group can also make the migraine model mice clotting time significantly prolonged (P<0.01); high, medium does yuntongding capsules group and six headache tablets group can make the mice model of migraine brain homogenate 5-HT content increase obviously (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yuntongding capsules have a better therapeutic effect on migraine model induced by reserpine.

Abstract: To reduce mechanical damage to potato caused by potato digger while it works, two kinds of Gansu potato were Researched in compression, moisture content of about 56.8%, 5 different loading rates, three different loading directions, and Experiment results were analyzed in significant difference. The significant results show that loading direction significantly affected on rupture force, the loading rate on the rupture force was extremely significant, varieties of potato significantly affected on compression deformation. Difference analysis results show that loading direction of different pairs not significantly affected on rupture forces, X amount of deformation of the potato was greater. Loading rate 15mm/min, 25 mm/min and 35 mm/min on the rupture force were significantly affected, and loading rate of 45 mm/min and 55 mm/min on the rupture force of impact was consistent, and differences in varieties significantly affected on deformation.
