Abstract: Based on the authors previous work of developing an expert system for fault diagnosis of CNC machine tool, this paper studied the theory and method of CNC remote fault diagnosis expert system based on B/S, and presents schema and structure of the expert system in detailed. Case based reasoning is used for the multi-alarm diagnosis, and rule based reasoning is used for single-alarm diagnosis. At last fault diagnosis expert system was designed and developed making use of C# and ASP.NET.

Abstract: The arrangement form of beams in CNC gantry machine usually arranged in the upper and lower two rails, But in heavy cutting,Large overturning moment will reduce the rigidity and precision of the machine. Therefore, on basis of analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the conventional rail , a new composite rail structure is designed. Been put into use, sensitivity, rigidity, vibration force, load force and moment resisting capability of oriented machinery and deputy campaign on process equipment is greatly improved.

Abstract: Appropriate reasonable cutting parameters is one of the important factors to improve the product quality and the efficiency.Based on dynamic simulation optimization function of cutting parameter database through the definitions on the acquisition data standardization, the coefficient of cutting force using Dynacut dynamic test and identification experiment, and through the simulation and optimization and final of Opticut Simucut actual cutting parameters of process validation entry in the database.

Abstract: Kalman filter is one of the most essential and important computing methods in the fields of control, signal processing and communication. In the past, mostly Kalman filter is implemented by DSP, but the operating speed could not meet the requirement. Therefore, the study will research the implement methods of Kalman filter based on FPGA. MicroBlaze soft core and VHDL (Hardware Description Language) are used to implement Kalman filter. The operating results will be analyzed and compared with each other.

Abstract: The Federal Kalman filter is a kind of high operational efficiency autoregressive filter, it can estimate the dynamic system status values from measurement data containing noise. This article does some research about how to implement Federal Kalman filter with VHDL language on an FPGA platform. The design successfully loaded into the FPGA platform and operated normally.

Abstract: The novel user interface design of 1090ES Mode embedded ground-based transceiver (GBT) system is introduced in this paper. 1090ES mode is applied to the GBT system to receive airborne Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) data. The output data of the GBT system are obtained through system’s serial port by processing information of ADS-B segment in 1090ES information structure. The novel user interface is based on Linux operating system and cross-complied on ARM platform to realize flight display function. The 1090ES mode data sent from aircraft is accurately recognized by ADS-B system software based on Linux, and precisely located in graphical interface either. The improved ADS-B system software in this user interface design occupies less resource, and can be easily transplanted to other embedded platform through cross-complied embedded Quasar Technologies (Qt) software. The complicated receiving and display of GBT system can be transformed into small size and portable device (4.6 inches) through this user interface design.

Abstract: In order to realize the large field or view digital video images into PAL format analog video output,this article introduce a real-time display system of large visual field in the basis of FPGA. Apply the EP2S30F672I4 chip of the StraixII series to be the core processing unit, which is from the Altera; and the CSC12M25BMP19 camera, from the Teli, to be the image data source, with 25 Hz of output frame rate and a resolution of 2048 x 2048 on images. The Cameralink interface is adopted to be the data transmission channel between the camera and interface card, which carries out the configuration of the camera, image data acquisition, caching, image reduction and PAL format conversion, and finally accomplishes the image real-time display.This paper discusses the FPGA implementation of double bilinear interpolation algorithm, including image data frames buffer, the vertical and horizontal interpolation. The experiments results show that our expects are achieved by the algorithm and the hardware implementation.

Abstract: In drug trials, the rabbit rectal temperature change is an important data to determine the efficacy and allergy of drugs. The wireless acquisition system for experimental rabbit’s rectal temperature has abandoned the traditional wired measurement mode, not only effectively improves the data acquisition efficiency and accuracy, but also reduces the pain degree of experimental rabbits. This paper mainly describes the hardware design of the new designed system including sensor nodes, Bluetooth transmission network and center node of the system based on Bluetooth and ARM technologies. The corresponding software design of the system is also concerned.

Abstract: The basic principle of ultrasonic with time difference method of wind speed measurement was introduced, the design of ultrasonic anemometer based on ARM+Vxworks and its hardware, software and implementation were given. The system has the advantages of high accuracy, simple operation, intuitive display, scalability etc.

Abstract: The real-time processing for the input analog audio signal, audio processing program is proposed based on DSP. The system use FFT algorithm as the core, first, the input analog audio signal is sampled and A/D conversion using TLV320AIC23, and then use high speed digital signal processor to make real-time processing for the signal. Theoretical and experimental results show that the system can meet the design requirements, it has the advantage of high real-time and simple structure. The system has a good application and reference value for the development and design of data collecting and remote monitoring.
