Abstract: Against the sticking patch design problems of pass damage of aircraft skin repair, by using the calculation method of mechanical analysis, the stress analysis of pass damage is completed. The calculation methods are used quantitatively to determine the sticking patch dimension of pass damage repair, which is compared with analysis sticking patch design method calculated by the repair empirical equation of aircraft skin of Airline Company. The reason of error is analyzed and the measure to correct empirical equation method is put forward. The optimization of the critical parameters of pass damage empirical equation is completed.

Abstract: A pushrod harmonic institution which is consisted of harmonic planetary and cam mechanism is proposed. As a result, speed-down device of low-speed motor is changed from external installed to interior installed. Design goals of the transmission with small size, light weight and low cost is achieved. Based on the mechanism principle analysis, the theoretical profile equation of the pushrod roller is deduced, then the displacement, velocity and acceleration equation of a random points are got by the analysis method. It is helpful to analyze the change of each motion parameters and the amplitude for the influence of the movement characteristics, at the same time provides evidence for mechanism simulation, kinematics parameters optimization and high-quality manufacturing of the equipment.

Abstract: It is an essential indicator for vehicles to reach its optimized level that the engine and torque converter match properly. According to dynamic performance and emission performance, the match of engine and torque converter can be optimized based on their characteristics as well as matching principles. After studying on input/output characteristic and tractive characteristic, exploring dynamic matching in the process of coaching, a control program is made which enhances learning efficiency and emission performance, thus it provides a very important reference value on optimization of man-machine interface and operation control program.

Abstract: A preliminary investigation into aspects of the sewing machine is presented. A mechanical structure is proposed, whose difference with the traditional one is the rotation axe according to the direction of the next stitch. To get the perfect sewing tracks, the theoretical movement of the process is set up. The results of the samples showed that this architecture can meet most of typical geometrical figures, especially the irregular ones.

Abstract: At present, the jacket piles are lifting onto the barge by crawler crane or floating crane in domestic and overseas in traditionally methods. The piles are too heavy (normally 400t-700t each) and long (normally more than 100m long), large crawler cranes or floating cranes are usually be used in lifting. As all know, the unit price of floating cranes are expensive and much area are needed for the crawler cranes. In order to solve these problems, based on the characteristic of the piles rolling in the circumferential direction, this paper introduced a new process for the jacket piles rolling onto the barge. A suite of project auxiliary structures need to be designed to complete the whole process. The designing process for the project auxiliary structures is introduced in this paper.

Abstract: According to exist technical problems and requirements of the air-suction peanut precision mulching film and punching planter, the new air-suction peanut precision dibbler of the planter’ key working part was researched. It was introduced the composition and working principle of the dibbler. According to functional and technical requirements of the dibbler’ main parts, the structural design and analyze were done. The dibbler mainly consists of roller body, cavitations’ components, transmission system, and the air suction metering device. In the peanut growing typical region, field trial of the dibbler showed that overall performance is relatively stable, each component are operating smoothly, and the operating indicators can better meet the technical requirements.

Abstract: In recent years, due to rapid development of offshore engineering construction, offshore structure size and weight becomes larger and larger. In the process of offshore structures fabrication, the size and weight of the sub-structure is also becoming bigger, lifting method using single or two sets of cranes cannot meet the capacity requirement of the lifting operation, joint operation using four cranes is required in such cases. To solve this problem, this paper analyze the risk factors (the uncertainty of the hook load, the inaccuracy of the center-of-gravity, limited working condition ) in the process of joint lifting using four crane. The paper also discusses the whole lifting process and simulates the process by using analysis software SACS, and the calculation result matches actual work very well.
