Abstract: For managing water resources, rationalizing consumption structure is the key issue. In daily life, the faucet is the most common as well as the most likely to be neglected manner to use water. At present, faucets in the market are not so diverse. In some cases, the effects of pressure on the flow of water have been ignored, although they may be multifunctional. Through modifying pressure, controlling water flow can not only enhance the rational use of water resources but also increase the service life of the faucets. The results show that this kind of faucet with the function of depressurization and throttling is very worthy of applying and introducing.

Abstract: Sweeper is a set of road cleaning, new garbage collection and transportation as one of the high efficiency cleaning equipment. Simple said is refitted garbage in the special vehicle chassis cleaning sweeping vehicles, vehicle except chassis engine; add an auxiliary engine, four brushes driven by the hydraulic motor, fan, water tank, garbage and other ancillary equipment. With the rise and development of social production, the sweeper sweeping function have higher requirements, and the cleaning system is the essential, it is directly related to the overall effect of road cleaning. This paper mainly introduces the three-dimensional modeling design of 2D mechanism of the cleaning system and the main parts of the. This new model can be completed once the ground cleaning, cleaning, curb side road .Road teeth cleaning and sweeping the ground water after cleaning work, applicable to all kinds of weather and different dry pavement.

Abstract: The high-speed Flat Sewing Machine is the most widely used macaronis full-automation Sewing Machine. The sewing tasks are intermittent which leads to a frequent actuation and long operating time of the magnetic valve. It puts higher requirements on the magnetic valve. Based on this problem, this paper adopt the RDC Clamped Circuit to reduce the turn-off loss and suppress the drain voltage of MOSFET rising. First analyze the turn-off loss of RDC circuit and the PWM characteristics, and then deduce the relationship between the parameters of RDC circuit and the controller by theoretical calculation. Finally, the experiments prove the validity and effectiveness of the method, and also offer a theoretical foundation for the practical engineering application.

This design take multi-function vacuum cleaner as the main research object, take the family as for the target user group, research and analyse the market, adopt the method of bionic design, put forward design demand characteristics of the vacuum cleaner: simple and novel shape, convenient operation, interesting etc. Then design a more professional household multi-function vacuum cleaner to meet the needs and pursuit of people's life .

Abstract: In this work, online measurements of turbulent air flow field in the melt-blowing process for the slot die with inner stabilizing pieces and the corresponding blunt die were carried out with a hot-wire anemometer. The experiment results reveal that the inner stabilizing piece has an important impact on the flow field below the die face. The new modified die is aerodynamically superior, should contribute to produce much finer melt-blowing fibers and require less energy than the corresponding blunt die.

Abstract: Steaming bucket apparatus were used widely in liquor distillation by solid fermentation in liquor production. The multihole supporting plate of steaming bucket apparatus used widely at present has the disadvantages such as channeling, dead band and leakage. It is necessary to study the model selection, opening ratio and the distribution parameters of the hole of supporting plate by scientific analysis and rational design, which has great guiding significance for the design of subsequent prototype.

Abstract: In view of the high frequency of the fire happened in city housing, and the situation that it is difficult for people to run out from fire due to the outdatedness of low-rise escape system, low-rise escape system was designed for low-rise resident to escape from fire. Based on the load, the transmission time, temperature, etc, the design of this escape system was accomplished. The main components, layouts and working principles of the system are introduced. Then the fixation plate, the circular guide, the main rivet, etc. are selected or designed based on the knowledge of , structural mechanics and material mechanics and so on. Performance test showed that the load range of the low-rise escape system is about 120-150 kilograms per side, the overall capacity is 300-350 kg, escape speed is about 30 seconds per person, it is resistant to high temperature and tear, and all the parameters meet the expected goals.

Abstract: This paper studies the development status of domestic and foreign cotton stalk harvester. On this basis, a double roller cotton stalk Harvester is designed, which is suitable for small plots. It can pull out the entire cotton stalk through two pairs of reverse rotation of the roller and the forward thrust of tractor. In order to increase the friction force between the roller and the cotton stalk, the two pairs of roller axes are designed with a certain angle and the surface is designed into a rugged, spiral into distribution, which can adapt to the different diameters of cotton stalk harvesting.

Abstract: This paper designed a boom of multi-purpose installing truck combined with the tunnel construction circumstances of China. The kinematics equations of the truck were obtained by establishing the working space and the connecting rod coordinate system of boom of multi-purpose installing truck. Finite element analysis method was used for the mechanical analysis of boom. The results indicate that in different conditions, the boom satisfied strength requirements and hinge pivots of boom at the top had a larger displacement which had little effect on the whole platform.
