Abstract: Based on COMSOL Multiphysics, the temperature field of static ring, intermediate ring and rotating ring were studied. Effect of intermediate ring rotating speed and thermal conductivity on temperature were obtained. The Results of heat transfer characteristics of the non-contact intermediate rotating ring mechanical seal provide the theoretical basis for the design and application of the new mechanical seal.

Abstract: Utilizing ANSYS to analyze the performance of the circumferential seal ring under the condition of different temperatures and different rotational speeds and get the rings value of the maximum stress, the maximum strain, the maximum contact pressure on main sealing surface respectively. By analyzing the change of these values to reveal the change rule of the seal ring, thus provide the basis for designing and selecting the circumferential seal ring.

Abstract: In order to minimize the friction when the linear motion unit in the movement, the new type unit based on permanent magnet was designed. The Halbach Array magnet structure was adopted in the unit. It can realize the stable suspension with the combination of gravitation and repulsion. The new type units have good performance and broad application prospects.

Abstract: The typical working condition and potentiality of energy recovery in construction machinery are discussed. Existing energy recovery techniques in the three types of technology platform are summarized with their features analyzed.The latest engineering results of energy recovery system are introduced. A preview of possible developments and challenge is presented finally. These work will provide useful information for energy recovery in construction machinery and contribute to the development of this field.

Abstract: Research was made in order to design a good reciprocating oilless air compressor. Grease lubrication bearings are used in connecting rod larger heads, smaller heads and main shaft necks, its structures are designed, so the oilless lubrications are achieved over there. Self-lubricating materials are used to make piston pings and guiding pings, the lap-joint structure is used in piston pings, so the problems of oilless lubrication and seal between piston component and cylinders can be solved. The structure of unloading slots for guiding pings, smaller radius-length ratios and lower pressure ratios can make piston pings and guiding pings run long time. Series products of oilless air compressors which are made as above have gone into mass production.

Abstract: Gannan has a variety of native products, and rich in bamboo resources, the use of native bamboo packaging has a unique advantage. Through the analysis of Gannan native products, from the processing content of bamboo, such as raw bamboo materials, auxiliary bamboo materials, linear materials, panel-shaped materials and composite bamboo materials, explored the use of packaging design in native products, and further to explore the regional characteristic packaging with bamboo-based, proposed Gannan cultural packaging design expression such as pattern decoration, texts and colors, created a suitable market needs low-carbon and green packaging products, which characteristic in culture and region.

Abstract: In order to solve the issues of the separation of the high-density mineral, TRIZ method of technical contradiction inventive principles was utilized to provide ideas to design a new-type dense medium separation equipment. The technical contradiction of the separation of high-density mineral by Dense medium separation technology was described by a pair of general engineering parameters, and the innovative principles were obtained by the technology of contradiction matrix. The concrete implementations of these innovation theories were carried, Combing with the actual situation of the separation. And a new-type Autogenous medium cyclone is developed which shall be more suitable for the separation of the high-density mineral.

Abstract: Nowadays the simplification ,similarity and transition presented in the wine packaging design ideas cause multifarious and disordered bottle packaging forms and resources waste of wine packaging products and so on. Based on these problems, this essay attempts to introduce TRIZ innovative design in wine packaging design. Analysis wine packaging in hand, categorizes and summarizing common problems existing in all sorts of wine packaging designs, based on the idealized principle of TRIZ propose ideal solution to wine packaging, clear basic targets of wine packaging design. Finally using 40 innovative principles of TRIZ explore a reasonable, normative and innovative design for wine packing, lay a theoretical basis for the development to greening, individuation, brand and localization, and internationalization.

Abstract: This paper analyzes brand structure of product (enterprise) brand, industrial brand, urban brand for product life cycle design, on the basis of Brand Symbol Triangle Model, analysis of the relationship among three brands, and further analyzes from product brand to industrial brand, urban brand evolutionary path. This paper argues a (enterprise) brand managers to guide the angle of the product in regional industrial brand promotion, urban brand enhancement strategies.

Abstract: Full life cycle based product package design gives top priority to environmental protection and pursues win-win sustainable development strategy in economic benefits and ecological benefits. In the full life cycle of product design and development, it emphasizes the combination of packaging design with all the other links in a systematic and parallel manner so that optimized product and packaging material, structure and process flow can save the cost, reduce energy consumption, reduce pollution to the environment, endow products with vitality and prolong product life cycle.
