Abstract: TIn this paper, according to the structure characteristics and using characteristics of heavy duty truck, we use the principle of vehicle dynamics and simulation analysis method to deeply study the dynamic characteristics of heavy duty truck. And we also use the heavy duty model to carry on the optimization simulation and experimental validation for riding smoothness and handling stability. So as to guide the development and design of heavy duty truck, to get the purpose of control the dynamic performance and shorten the development cycle.

Abstract: Safety procedures are explained during lectures in basic scuba diving courses, but these rules are often counterintuitive and difficult to remember; many accidents occur because divers do not put into practice what they have been taught. Diving accidents are at higher growth than the growth of activity in the world. This research used multimedia in a virtual environment to detect safety aspects of diving more forgetful among experienced scuba divers. This way it is possible to develop courses more effectively: less cost and time spent and lower accident rate. Were discovered the safety procedures recreational scuba divers more unknown among accredited divers. The results showed a large number of errors on all items in particular on the system to keep in pairs. Thus it becomes possible to improve diving courses and/or briefings before dives emphasizing these items, reducing cost and time. As a suggestion for future research, to find ways to improve the performance of divers in case of emergencies, through awareness, education and behavior.

Abstract: Despite the scuba diving training classes, many accidents in recreational scuba diving still occur, because of scuba divers that do not follow the safety procedures. Two virtual environments were developed, one for training and another to evaluate the knowledge about safety procedures in scuba diving, and both were validated by: questionnaires about usability and understanding of the interfaces; by experts’ evaluation and by written conventional tests. However there is doubt whether these results reflect a real situation. The purpose of this research is to verify if the Virtual Environment for Training improves the performance and the behavior of scuba divers regarding the performance and behavior during practice in real life. Results showed that in some requisites it did, and in others, the behavior was similar to the ones that had conventional training.

Abstract: The use of laboratories is important to teach several subjects, but the students are susceptible to accidents. Therefore a virtual 3D environment in first-person that presents several emergency situations that can occur during a practical class in a laboratory will be developed and validated. The software UDK Engine 3, Maya 2013, Photoshop CS5, ShaderMap Pro, Zbrush 4r3 and Adobe Flash 11 were used. The safety procedures adopted were the standards of the Regulating Rules of the Ministry of Labor and of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT) and of the Environmental Protection Agency - EPA. The evaluation was done with a group of 30 students regarding interfaces and realism, and with a group of 30 laboratory practices professors regarding the concepts presented. The results showed a great approval between the two groups and in the next phase of the research a validation will be done regarding the learning of the safety procedures by the students in the virtual environment in comparison to a conventional class.

Abstract: In the study of vehicle safety driving assistance system, one of the most important research is recognition of lanes on complex roads . This paper is based on theories of video image processing technology which divided close-range vision for the region and the regional after preprocessing the video image of the front. The technology use the improved method of Hough detecting close area lane and removing the double edge and pseudo-edge, which get lanes through linear fitting of close range area and curve fitting method to prospect area. It builds virtual lane model based on the prediction algorithm in fuzzy and bad visual conditions. We verified the correctness; effectiveness of this method through the experiment, this method has wide applications in the future.

Abstract: Ultrasonic velocity tomography is a novel technique for velocity field measurement with the advantages of being non-invasive and insensitive to fluid properties. But its application is limited by poor spatial resolution. Thus, a novel ultrasonic velocity tomography method based on an interlaced chord network is proposed in this paper. To form the interlaced chord network, transducers are installed at two mounting planes of the pipe with N transducers on each plane, and 2×N transducers are equally spaced along the pipe circumference. In particular, N is selected to be an odd number to avoid blind zone. The average velocity on each chord is scanned in a fan-beam mode and used as projection data for velocity field reconstruction. The projection data are rearranged into a parallel beam mode and interpolated at a uniform interval. A filtered back projection algorithm is employed for 2-dimensional reconstruction of the velocity field. Numerical simulation experiments show that, the spatial resolution is improved obviously by the interlaced chord network without introducing extra transducers and 13 transducers on each mounting plane are enough for actual velocity field imaging downstream a single-bend pipe.

Abstract: With the scale of wind farm continuously increasing, when grid fault, the influences of the wind turbines connected to the grid on the stability of the power grid can never be ignored. Therefore, there are higher standards of the wind turbines’ abilities of fault ride-through (FRT) and producing reactive power. This paper studies the direct-drive wind power system, and the main point is the fault ride-through (FRT) of the permanent magnetic synchronous generator (PMSG) with Chopper. By establishing the dynamic model of PMSG under the environment of DigSILENT, this paper simulates the fault ride-through (FRT) of the direct-drive wind power system connecting into power grid. During the research, we focus on the stability of voltage about the Chopper to the DC bus under faults. What’s more, in this paper, we analysis the data about how the Chopper help the DC bus to improve its stability. The simulation results show that: when there is a fault on the point of common coupling, the permanent magnetic synchronous generator has the capability of fault ride-through (FRT). Especially when there is a voltage dip on the grid side, the permanent magnetic synchronous generator could produce reactive power for power grid, effectively preventing the system voltage from declining seriously, so as to improve the system stability under faults.

Abstract: It is paper we propose a new structure of parallel manipulator of platform type robot, obtained on the basis of a topological model of kinematic pair. Implementation of the created structural scheme [1] needed multilink spherical connections [2]. Advantages of the obtained solution are demonstrated by the Example of the controlled manipulator of platform type robot SHOLKOR. This paper gives a solution of the direct kinematics problem on position, which became possible due to structural features. We showed the obtained results of computer modeling of spatial movement of motion platform.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to give a review of Digital China Geospatial Framework (DCGF) construction in Ji’nan which is named Digital Ji’nan Geospatial Framework (DJGF). As a national promotting project of DCGF, DJGF has seven components: Municipal Geospatial Information Resource Catalog (MGIRC), Geospatial Framework Datasets (GFD), Geographical Information Database Management System (GIDMS), Public Service Platform (PSP), Security system , Runtime Environment and Pilot Projects. The key methods used in DJGF mainly include Extraction-Transformation-Loading (ETL) technology and service extension. Along with the construction of DJGF, the integrated surveying business system has been built, automatial processing technologies also have been applied to improve the data production efficiency. Moreover, " sub-building, co-sharing, one data-one resource" mechanism has been Put forward and promote the benign circulation of datas. Now, as a fundamental platform for geospatial data exchanging and service supplying, DJGF have been widely used in urban planning, land resources, environment, climate, etc.
