Abstract: Based on the data of land use in 1999, 2005, 2010 and 2020, selected the typical tourist area Yangshuo and research the land use changes on ecosystem service value and then estimated the value change. Throughout the study period, Yangshuo County has been always implement tourism development strategy, the unused land substantially reduced and transformed into woodland, water body and wetland, which makes the ecological environment has been improved. The total value of ecosystem services in Yangshuo County was 1067.4 million Yuan in 1999, 1165 million Yuan in 2005, 1478.3 million Yuan in 2010, from 1999 to 2020, the ecosystem service values increased 1002.9 million Yuan, it is mainly due to the increasing areas of woodland, water body and wetland. The combined ecosystem service value of woodland and cropland was about 90% of the total value. The contribution of each ecosystem function to the overall ESV was greatest for soil formation and retention, followed by water supply, both of them contributing about 34% of the total value. Yangshuo County implement eco-tourism, landscape of leisure tourism and agro-tourism as the development strategy, it provides a strong protection to protect the local environment, and promote the ecosystem service values on the rise.

Abstract: The paper studies the changes of welfare and ecosystem service value (ESV) in urbanization process under the fact that the land is a kind of ecological capital. We develop a model to analyze the impact of the current hybrid governance structure on the welfare changes for different groups of actors and calculate the ESV changes caused by the urbanization in the Hang-Jia-Hu region (China) between 1994 and 2003. The results show that the farmers’ welfare and the net social welfare will be changed comparing to the results of Rong TAN, Futian QU (2011) and the ESV decreases; the declines of ESV can reach up to 3% of the GDP in the study region.

Abstract: Land use/cover change situations and its driving forces in the Southern Mountainous Areas of Jinan was investigated based on Landsat TM data of 1987, 2000, 2005 and 2010 in the paper. The result indicates that arable land, grassland and woodland have always accounted for the largest areal proportion in the past three decades. The area of arable land presents a degressive tendency, while the area of grassland and construction land had an opposite tendency. Population, policy as well as urbanization and economic growth are the main driving factors of the land use/cover change in the Southern Mountainous Areas of Jinan.

Abstract: The article investigates environmental protection during the periods of urban traffic developing mainly, following the moderate-scale urban construction, which analyzes the relationships between road traffic construction and urban environmental protection. In the end, the author puts forward supervisory suggestions that the sharp contradiction of road traffic construction and urban environmental protection should be solved from the aspects such as planning, management and legal, and then gives the rationalization proposals of building green transportation system.

Abstract: Mature resource-dependent cities as resource security base, is an important guarantee for the sustained and healthy development of China's economy. But with the increasing economic and natural consumption, promoting transformation of these cities is already becoming the objective of sustainable development. Mature resource-dependent cities in Shanxi province are facing many matters, such as low energy efficiency, high dependence and low added value, fragile ecological environment and other issues. Therefore we should take efficient use of energy, promote energy base construction, optimize industrial structure, improve the technical level, better the ecological environment and use other measures to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading to achieve the goal of sustainable development.

Abstract: The natural general conditions and social economic situation of Hailuogou glacier forest park are described in the article, which describes five characteristics of tourism resources of the park and analyzes tourism development situation, pointing out the problems of it. Sustainable utilization countermeasures are put forward for Hailuogou tourism resources.

Abstract: With the league development, the improvement of college students' man basketball player movement level is important. The men's basketball athlete's special physical quality is to influence basketball level, one of the important factors in college basketball player development stage of special physical quality is good or bad will directly affect the movement to raise the level of college students. According to the characteristics of b asketball players, as well as characteristics of the modem basketball movement, the present situation and trend, the establishment of college students in our country male basketball players special physical quality evaluation items and standards, in order to provide the reference for the future training. In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute group decision making problems for evaluating the C hinese male college student basketball players specialized physical constitution with f uzzy information . We utilize the f uzzy weighted average ( FWA ) operator to aggregate the f uzzy information corresponding to each alternative and get the overall value of alternatives, then rank the alternatives and select the most desirable one (s) by using the formula of the degree of possibility for the comparison between two fuzzy variables. Finally an illustrative example has been given to show the developed approach . Abstract: Association rules is an important data analysis and mining method, and the FP-Growth and the traditional FP-Tree algorithm is used in the full confidence of rules. This paper proposes a incremental queue algorithm models based on association rules, which is the improved FP4W-Growth algorithm. It is proposed and applied to the calculation the association text by the correlation of incremental queue. Its feasibility is validated by experiment. After optimization of the algorithm and model, it can find hidden and useful new information and new pattern. And those rules found in text can be potentially used as the scientific decision-making methods.

Abstract: A queue length function mapping model is built through the neural network, and can be optimized based on the white noise principle. Thus, a nonlinear mapping, which the input and output nodes are considered as independent variable and the dependent variable respectively, is obtained. After training the learning samples, which can be got from counting the data of the accident duration, traffic upstream, the passed coefficient, and the vehicles queue length, we can acquired the weights and thresholds, which are used to represent the mapping between the nodes. Also, through the optimization based on the white noise principle, the impact caused by the error can be reduced and a more accurate model is obtained as a predicting measuring tool of the queue length.

Abstract: Green chemistry as an interdisciplinary subject which could eliminate pollution from the chemical source, has received rapid development in the past two decades. Numerical simulation based on operational research as one of the common optimized tools, has found a wide application in the environmental issues of green chemistry. In this paper, the development, characteristics and resolution procedures of operational research method were introduced and three typical examples which include the utilization of the waste resources, transportation of goods in clean production, and the utilization of clean energy were analyzed and resolved by lingo software. The results showed that the operational research method is an effective tool to solving problems in green chemistry, with advantages of simple programming, operations fast and reliable results.
