Abstract: In this paper, we discuss a class of new nonlinear weakly singular integral inequality. Under different assumptions, the inequality is solved by analysis techniques, such as: change of variable, amplification method, and three explicit bounds for the unknown functions are given clearly.

Abstract: Nowadays the Monte Carlo Method has grown in maturity in the simulation area of missile trails. Considering that, this paper presents several techniques of variance reduction combined with Monte Carlo method. Hoping that these techniques will improve the precision and reliability of the simulation .The results of tests indicate that different methods can reduce the variance of missile simulation in various degrees which will help us handle the conclusions of simulation well and truly.

Abstract: Accurate measurement of atmospheric data is important for the control and navigation of aircraft. With the development of Aerospace Technology, the traditional probe air data sensing system has been could not meet the requirements of advanced flight. For this problem, the flush air data sensing system (FADS) has been proposed. The paper listed and compared some FADS algorithms and summarizes the characteristics and using conditions of several algorithm based on introducing the FADS measuring principle and compositions.

Abstract: The emergence of cloud computing provides a resource virtualization, software as a service, system transparent service mode for the information society development, application of cloud computing platform for online technology development to achieve resource sharing, online processing of accounting information, which brings a lot of convenience for the enterprise accounting. Cloud computing brings convenience to the accounting profession, but also derive many new accounting issues. Abstract: In order to solve the over-diffusion problem that often appeared in traditional PM filtering algorithm, a new PM model combined with multi-scale auto regressive (MAR) is proposed in the paper. Firstly, a series of multi-scale images can be got by MAR .Then all these images are filtered by traditional PM model and got a forecast distinct image. With this forecast result to readjust the coefficients of the PM model, the original images can be well filtered finally. The PSNR value is used to judge the efficiency, which shows the efficiency of the proposed new algorithm is much better than the other methods.

Abstract: With the development of the monitoring technology in industrial process, it is increasingly important for state recognition of the mechanical devices. By learning from the immune identification process, state space theory is used for state recognition in this paper. In this method, some state spaces are compared by the space affinity which is regarded as the calculated difference between spaces. Take the minimum space affinity as the final recognition index and then its corresponding remark in remark set can be selected. Through the sample analysis, state space theory is proved to be simple, effective and practical, and can improve the accuracy of recognition according to detailed state standard.

Abstract: In conventional cumulant method of probabilistic load flow (PLF), random generator outages are usually simulated by discrete distributions of nodal power injections, but that will lead to significant error in AC load flow model. An improved PLF method base on AC model is proposed in this paper, which considers random generator outages and loads uncertainties. Cumulant and Gram-Charlier series expansion were applied to deal with the random variations of loads, instead of convolution calculations. According to the characteristics and focused aspects of power grid, certain generators were selected to form event group of generator outages and each event was analysed by exact load flow.Then total probability theorem was introduced to obtain the probabilistic distributions of node voltages and line flows that considered random factors of loads and generators.The case study of IEEE 39-bus system shows that the random generator outages remarkably affect the probabilistic distributions of state variables. The proposed method can avoid the error caused by generator outages in conventional cumulant method. Furthermore, the result of proposed method is consistent with that of Monte Carlo simulation, while computation speed is much faster.
