Abstract: As the classical algorithm of the decision tree classification algorithm, ID3 algorithm is famous for the merits of high classifying speed, strong learning ability and easy construction. But when used to make classification, the problem of inclining to choose attributions which have many values affect its practicality. This paper presents an improved algorithm based on the expectation information entropy and Association Function instead of the traditional information gain. In the improved algorithm, it modified the expectation information entropy with the improved Association Function and the number of the attributes values. The experiment result shows that the improved algorithm can get more reasonable and more effective rules.

Abstract: Moving object detection and tracking based on the video stream are both challenging and very broad application prospects of research topics. This paper presents a object detection algorithm based on statistical classification of video stream pixels that can solve moving object detection in the background illumination mutations. The algorithm determines the number of points of light mutations by the statistical number of foreground pixels of the current frame. In the light mutations object detection uses relatively simple frame-difference method, otherwise it adopts the improved Gaussian mixture model method to model. Experimental results show that the algorithm can complete detecting in the light mutation quickly and accurately and has strong robustness.

Abstract: The paper work had improved some inference information report show functions of the expert system shell Pro/3 by using graph in combination with text . By analyzing some forward reasoning application mechanisms of the Pro/3, this work had also created a transformer fault diagnosis knowledge base rule model based on dissolved gas analysis in transformers such that using the rules of sentence in model had implemented an expert system of transformer fault diagnosis. The basic application shows the effectiveness of the system.The modeling approach created by the Pro/3 can be also applied to some diagnosis or analysis of other equipments. Exploring the Pro/3 has certain practical significance for establishing some expert systems or assistance decision support systems.

Abstract: The noise resulted in the calibration process of the landing guidance radar can cause serious accidents. Analyse the principle of the EMD and wavelet denoising method. Points out the deficiencies of pure EMD or pure wavelet denoising method. Propose a denoising method based on EMD and wavelet. Improved the discriminanting method for high or low frequency components and the discriminanting method for wavelet thresholding. First EMD the signal, then denoise the high frequency components by wavelet, finally, combined the low frequency components and the denoised high frequency components to get the denoised data.

Abstract: In this paper, a wing-diesel ship was taken as simulation object, and the wing-diesel ship propulsion system was simulated by the Mat lab software. The influence laws of characteristic parameters of the ship propulsion system were analyzed take step waves disturbance of wing thrust for example. Then, the optimized plan of the main engine control mode of the ship was put forward.

Abstract: The actual in industry multidimensional orthogonal packing problem is considered in the article. Solution of a large number of different practical optimization problems, including resources saving problem, optimization problems in logistics, scheduling and planning comes down to the orthogonal packing problem which is NP-hard in strong sense. One of the indicators characterizing the efficiency of packing constructing algorithm is the efficiency of the used data structure. In the article a multilevel linked data structure that increases the speed of constructing of a packing is proposed. The carried out computational experiments show the high efficiency of the new data structure. Multilevel linked data structure is applicable for multidimensional orthogonal bin packing problems any kind.

Abstract: In order to study the affect of carrier landing guide radar caused by movement of the aircraft carrier, established a kind of wave model according to p-m spectral, and established a kind of attitude model for aircraft carrier according to the Connolly linear theory. Select the appropriate target for computer simulation. Drawn: the azimuth error of radar has linear relationship with yawing of aircraft carrier, has nothing relationship with pitching angle of aircraft carrier, the pitch error has relationship with roll angle and pitch angle of aircraft carrier, distance error has a little relationship with the translational motion along the axis of aircraft carrier.

Abstract: To avoid the initialization sensitivity and low computational efficiency problems of the kernelized possibilistic c-means clustering algorithm (KPCM), a new clustering algorithm called efficient and robust kernelized possibilistic c-means clustering algorithm (ERKPCM) was proposed in this paper. ERKPCM improved KPCM by two ways. First, the data are refined by the data reduction technique, which makes it keep the data structure of the original data and have higher efficiency. Secondly, weighted clustering algorithm is executed several times to estimate cluster centers accurately, which makes it more robust to initializations and get more reasonable partitions. As a by-product, ERKPCM overcomes the problem of generating coincident clusters of KPCM. The contrast experimental results with conventional algorithms show that ERKPCM is more robust to initializations, and has a relatively high precision and efficiency.

Abstract: The whole network broadcast is very important in the wireless ad hoc Network. It is more necessary in the routing establish processing. Simple flooding broadcast method is the most common broadcast algorithm. Although this method can cover most of the nodes ,the disadvantage is that it could lead to the broadcasting storm which would reduce the efficiency of the broadcast. According to the old methods which can not solve the broadcast storm effectively, I present the message divided and check together broadcast algorithm which is suitable for the large data packets. It can solve the large data packets sending crashing problem and maintain the integer of the message .Through the research of the low density nodes network message transmission ,I present the Adoption broadcast algorithm which based on the second jump node set. It could select the less first jump nodes to rebroadcast .This algorithm could not only increase the saving forward rate but also maintain the covering rate of broadcast .
