Abstract: In this paper, polyurethane and its emulsion, with appropriate additives added, are used as binder to replace the traditional resin binder in the experiment of making water-based ink. And then the main mechanism of each component is analyzed. It is indicated that the emulsion makes the binder soak through the paint faster and infiltrate into the particles pores of pigments aggregates by reducing the tension on the surface of monomer and water. Thickener can enhance the viscosity of ink and promote the well-proportioned dispersion of pigment mainly by making the water-based ink form a network on the structure. The surface-active molecules, forming "a protective shell" on the surface of paint, effectively strengthen the affinity between the binder and pigment to make them be fully reconciled and ultimately improve the performance of water-based ink.

Abstract: Along with the networked manufacturing technology development and deep research of resources classification, the question of resource management appears prominently. Resources attribute constitution has been analyzed under the network manufacture environment from the resources classification management; the resources attribute and the data exchange form have been proposed under the isomerism environment

Abstract: Stable water-based Fe3O4 ferrofluid was obtained by three steps. Fe3O4 nanoparticles with the size of about 10 nm were first prepared by chemical co-deposition method. In order to prevent Fe3O4 nanoparticles from agglomerating, they were coated by bilayer surfactants. Then, the coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles were dispersed well into water. Due to the actions of electrostatic force and hydrogen bond, the water-based Fe3O4 ferrofluids can keep stable for two years and no layered phenomenon occurred. The ferrofluid has high saturation magnetization, low remnant magnetization and coercive force.

Abstract: The 4.5mm wide 25μm thick Fe78Si9B13 amorphous alloys were prepared by single-roller method, and it was annealed. The elastic modulus, tensile deformation and line expansion coefficient were investigated by Q800 (dynamic mechanical thermal analyses, DMA). The results showed that the elastic modulus, tensile deformation and line expansion coefficient were enhanced when annealed. Comparing with the annealed ribbons, the change rules of elastic modulus, tensile deformation and line expansion coefficient of the quenched are evident, that the elastic modulus decreases and tensile deformation increase with temperature increases, but line expansion coefficient firstly increase then decrease with temperature increases.

Abstract: Amorphous silicon films prepared by PECVD on glass substrate have been crystallized by rapid thermal annealing (RTA). By means of micro-Raman scattering and scanning electronic microscope (SEM), the quantum states in these processions are found and discussed.

Abstract: Strontium-aluminates-based phosphorescent composite films were prepared by homogeneously distributing the green light emitting phosphors within polystyrene hosts. The composite films have the unique properties of flexibility of the polymers and the long-lasting phosphorescence of the strontium-aluminates-based phosphors. The microstructures of the flexible composite films were characterized with scanning electron microscopy. The results indicated that the organic and inorganic materials can be combined with each other better, and the composite films can be easily rolled but will not generate cracks. Therefore, this composite technology can effectively enhance the moisture resistance of the phosphors and the films can be used in the filed of information display.

Abstract: By varying the dopant-to-monomer ratio in a wide range of 0―110%, a series of polypyrroles doped with 9,10-anthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid sodium were synthesized by polymerizing the monomer pyrrole in aqueous solution of ferric chloride. The resulted polypyrroles were characterized with the four-probe, laser light scattering and differential thermal analysis, respectively. Our results indicated that the average particle size dominates the change in conductivity and thermal stability for the resulted polypyrrole at different dopant concentration.

Abstract: The graphite-modified PZN-PZT/PVDF composites were fabricated by hot-pressed process using PZN-PZT ceramic powder, PVDF and graphite powder. The effect of graphite content on the electrical properties of the piezoelectric composites was investigated. The results indicated that the piezoelectric constant d33 could be enhanced obviously by adding suitable content of graphite into the composites. When 0.8wt% graphite was added, the PZN-PZT/PVDF composites showed the excellent properties: σ=3.31×10-6S/m, εr=133, tanδ=0.066, Kp=0.228, Qm=22.8 and d33=40.6pC/N, which showed 28% higher than that of the composites without graphite.

Abstract: The measuring circuit of signal conditioning module of platinum resistance temperature sensor detection system uses a sub-three-wire connection mode. It can improve the measurement accuracy and reduce the measurement error caused by the external circuit. The amplifier circuit is an operation circuit using in phase input. The system can achieve multi-channel measurement of sensor by using multiplexer with the measurement accuracy of 0.1oC.

Abstract: If a spontaneous orientation order appears in the liquid crystal- droplets system of a polymer dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC), and the order parameter satisfies Ś = ≠ 0, then the corresponding state is called as the super-liquid-crystal (SLC).It is suggested that by reforming the ordinary PDLC making-scheme assumed SLC state may be observed in experiments.
