Nano-Piezoelectric Ceramics Power Supply Based on Single Electron Storage

Article Preview

Abstract:

Nano-piezoelectric ceramics power supply can achieve the self-power supply of nano-electron equipment under passive condition, and realize its power supply’ integration and microminiaturization. According to piezoelectricity and nano-electronics, depend on the analysis of conventional dimension multilayer piezoelectric ceramics power supply, study the structure composition and operating principle of nano-piezoelectric ceramics power supply based on floating gate type quantum-dots based single electron storage. Then analyze the structure and character of single electron storage based on single electron transistor, and deduce the formulas between alternation of gate potential and stored electron number through theory method, establish firm theoretical foundation for the design of nano-piezoelectric ceramics power supply.
