Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is one of the popular membrane materials due to its outstanding properties including thermal stability, chemical resistance and excellent mechanical strength and has been widely used for MD [2].
Usually, the functional groups give the chemical reaction properties of the compound.
This suggests that excessive formic acid treatment could damage the mechanical property of the PVDF membrane.
It is known that the reaction on a regular basis occurs at the surface of the membrane and the surface area is one of the major factors to determine the membrane distillation efficiency [9].

Appropriate reasonable cutting parameters is one of the important factors to improve the product quality and the efficiency.Based on dynamic simulation optimization function of cutting parameter database through the definitions on the acquisition data standardization, the coefficient of cutting force using Dynacut dynamic test and identification experiment, and through the simulation and optimization and final of Opticut Simucut actual cutting parameters of process validation entry in the database.

With the model, the law that illustrates the influence of sheet properties on the deformation procedure of drawing panels is get, and the criterion for selection of panel material is provided for production.
In contrast with shallow drawing, depth of drawing is greater than 20mm or the total deformation is above 15% in deep drawing, and factors which impact the formability of deep drawing parts mainly are hardening exponent n, planar anisotropy r and yield strength σs of blank.
The material of parts is ST14 cold-rolled sheet steel and its properties are illustrated in table 1 [7].

In this paper, we studied the relationship between hot tearing and thermal stress considering metallurgical properties.
Macro stress is associated with mechanical constrains as like rigid core and mold.

be successfully molded or not is whether the melting process of raw material is adequate and
appropriate or not.
For its excellent physical mechanical properties, UHMW-PE can have been found wide application in many aspects of our national economy, it is the most excellent pipe material with wear-resistance and resistance to chemical corrosion especially for transportation of the granule or powder state of materiel, plasm, a mixture of solid and liquid, there are very wide application fields to pipe of pure UHMW-PE[1~2].
Although the latter can produce pipe in a row, but some additives must be added in modeling process to change flowability of UHMW-PE melt, which will cause the molecular weight of UHNWPE pipe to be decreased after UHMW-PE pipe having been molded, thus will lower excellent service properties of UHNWPE pipe.

Because of its properties of absorbing water and insolubling in water, hydrogels can be applied to various fields, such as daily necessities and cosmetics, medical supplies, building materials, etc [4, 5].
It was difficult to apply widely because of poor mechanical properties and shortcomings of instability.
To prepare hydrogel with good water absorbency and mechanical properties high content acrylamide is introduced into cross link network in this paper.
In Table 1, the orthogonal experiment was designed on four factors and three levels.
