This view is based on the stress control fatigue properties of materials.
But when stress levels are close to the yield strength of materials, cyclic softening properties of some materials will significantly reduce the lives of mechanical elements, especially under the symmetric cycle loads.
So it is necessary to take into account of the material cyclic yield properties, which are defined as the fatigue properties of materials under the stresses close to the yield strength of materials.

Simultaneous edge debonding monitoring and repair of dynamically loaded concrete structures strengthened with smart composite materials C P Providakis Department of Applied Science, Technical University of Crete GR-73100 Chania, Greece email: cpprov@mred.tuc.gr Keywords: PZT, Repair, Concrete, Health Monitoring, Electromechanical admittance Abstract.
The present work considers the possibility of simultaneous health monitoring and active repair of the edge debonding in dynamically loaded smart concrete structures strengthened with fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) composite materials.
In the present study, lead zirconate titanates (PZT), classified as piezoelectric materials are used as surfacemounted PZT admittance calculating sensor (labeled in Figure 1 as ACS) for the measure of the E/M admittance and PZT actuator (labeled in Figure 1 as PZTA) for the activation and the subsequent creation of appropriate forces to restore any observed debonding.

Enterprise Development lost momentum, such as the lost of high-end professionals, the lack of investment in research and development of science and technology, and so on.
Through strengthening the control of construction technology, building materials and acceptance of the implementation plan, it will ensure the realization of low-carbon construction entities.
Sustainable development pattern analysis of project contract enterprise under low-carbon background Through the low-carbon correlation knowledge study and the guidance, it will form strong low-carbon awareness in the company interior which can enhance the sense of social responsibility of the staff and will build a knowledge networks platform based on low carbon building including international advanced low carbon buildings model, technical guidance, the guide for the use of new low carbon materials, and so on.

Since rich calcium materials reacted with CO2 can sequestrate carbon permanent and the carbonation materials possess mechanical properties that fit some building construction.
So, the water evaporation was stem from exothermic reaction and the vapor adsorption ability of materials.

Miniaturized parts mainly refer to the size range between ten microns up to ten millimeters, with special structure and shape, using the various materials, also known as micro/meso-mechanical manufacturing (M4) parts in the world [1, 2].
However, this way is slow, and limits to a few silicon-based materials and essentially planar geometries [2, 3].
The majority of these methods can be capable of fabricating 3D structures with the various materials and high removal ratio.
Conclusions With the development of science and technology, precision and quality of 3D parts with feature size between micron and millimeter level is higher and higher, using a variety of material.
