In the space area it is required 10 – 12 % of industrially produced vanadium to obtain aluminum-vanadium alloys to manufacture titanium based construction materials.
Another user of vanadium is nuclear power engineering as vanadium is part of the uranium alloys that significantly improves their quality.
Having toxic effects on living organisms, vanadium and its compounds can slow down fatty acid synthesis and inhibit some enzyme systems; it can cause contact dermatitis and conjunctivitis.

The usual thermoelectric materials are alloys of chalcogenides (Bi2Te3, PbTe , skutterudites, clathrates, half-Heuslers, and oxides.
This may be attributed to the structural faults in the crystal structure of the compounds.
However it will definitely pave the way for the discovery of the new compounds.

This study aims to find material steel for animal feed chopper machine which is not easily corroded with method of hot dip galvanizing (HDG).
This can be seen in the phase diagram of Zn-Alloys in Fig. 2.
The H2SO4 solution is more corrosive compared to NaCl solution and this causes the abrasion process bigger because of the corrosive compounds.
