Weakness of the Investment of Science and Technology.
The safety of health food mainly depends on the security of quality and composition of raw materials.
Zongrui Wu [3] found that to some extent, the assurance of the quality safety of health food products is on the basis of quality and safety of raw materials.
The results of Yan Dong and Xiaolin Zhang [4] showed it is roughly the same on quality and safety with general food for the health food products with traditional food as raw materials.
