Based on the experience, selected proper materials, optimized the structure and with advanced method realized the domestic manufacture.
The tube and fixed tube plate used automatic argon arc welding in the hole, is superior to the fixed tube plate end welding structure, this welding method can solve the high temperature erosion caused by the oxidation problem of weld overheated, make the pipe thermal stress change into compressive stress, also can avoid the corrosion of tube plate and the clearance of the tube, as in [1], but it is a kind of very difficult machining and welding structure to realize.
Flexible tube plate structure can effectively improve the safety of the equipment.
The design and analysis of flexible tube plate structure is conducive to the release of thermal stress, inner hole and deep hole butt welding lap welding is an advanced structure, applicable to such specific conditions.

Frictional Performance of Brake Pads against Al Metal Matrix Composites with Different Sizes of SiC Particles Shaoyang Zhang and Fuping Wang Department of Applied Chemistry, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150001, China Keywords: Brake pads; Al metal matrix composites; Friction coefficient; Wear Abstract.
The minor level of friction coefficient was attributable to soft Al crystal structure characteristics and thick tribofilms during the testing stages.
Al has capability to undergo plastic deformation owing to fcc crystal structure characteristics, serving as a frictional lubricant in tribofilms.
The minor level of friction coefficient is relevant to softer lubricative Al crystal structure characteristics and thick tribofilms.

Study on CH4 Adsorption onto the Surfaces of Perovskite ABO3 ( A=La, Ba; B=Zr, Co, Ce) by Density Functional Theory Zishu Gao1,a, Hua An2, Li Lv3,b, Lichun Hou1, Hui Han1`, Xiaojing Wang1,c,∗ 1College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Inner Mongolia University, Huhehaote City 010021, P.
The absorption mechanism was derived by population and electronic states analysis on the basis of the electronic and surface structure calculations.
Thus, by changing the A- and/or B-sites ions in perovskite structures, it is most likely to deeply modify the catalytic properties by generation of oxygen vacancies, electrophilic oxygen species, stabilization, CH4 adsorption, or desorption properties.
Further calculations on the energy band structures indicate that A-site ions existed in the deeper energy regions, and the front energy level is mainly contributed by 2p levels of oxygen and 5d levels of the B-site ions.

OH- and molecules of H2O were retained inside the crystal structure.
Sodium titanates naturally prefer to form a layered intermediate structure (nanosheet-like structure).
The monoclinic crystal structure of Na2Ti6O13 generally comprises Na+ ions (in yellow) located in the interlayers between the TinO2n+1 planes; (2) The Na+ ions in the Na2Ti6O13 structure are ion-exchanged with H+ during the acid soaking & washing processes, and then the Na2Ti6O13 transforms into the H2Ti3O7 structure which is an analogous structure to Na2Ti3O7.
