Machining hard to machine materials using conventional methods of machining have proved to be very costly as these materials greatly affect the tool life because of poor machinability.
To machine this hard material, suitable conventional tools materials viz., Uncoated Carbide Tool (CNMG120404) and Coated Carbide Tool (SNMG120408) are used.

Abstract.
This process of forming alloy materials has the advantage that the raw materials are elemental powders or alloy powders, therefore it is easy to fabricate near-net-shaped TiAl alloy products through shaped and sintered.
For example, low density powders for porous materials and high density powders for compacting materials [12].
(3) It can provide an economical method to prepare the starting materials for porous materials.

Type of Wheel / Rim (Material): Steel and light alloy are the main materials used for wheel manufacturing, however some composite materials including glass-fiber are being used for special wheels like Wire Spoke Wheel, Steel Disc Wheel, Light Alloy Wheel and Aluminum Alloy Wheel.
Same analysis can be performed with different materials by applying load at different areas on the wheel to lessen the weight, which eventually diminishes the overall cost with increase lifetime.
Comparing the stress, displacement, strain, total life and load factor of the testing of various materials, we suggest that aluminum alloy is the best compatible material by the standards of SAE J 175 and ISO 7141-Road vehicle wheels impact test procedure for the aluminium alloy wheels of passenger car.
