On the relation between the matensite start stress and the temperature in single crystalline Cu-11.5wt%Al-5.0wt%Ni shape memory alloy T.Y.
Beke c, Department of Solid State Physics, University of Debrecen, PO Box. 2, H-4010 Debrecen, Hungary a tarekyousif75@yahoo.com, bldaroczi@tigris.unideb.hu, cdbeke@delfin.unideb.hu Keywords: shape memory, Clausius-Clapeyron relation, transformation temperatures and stresses, Cu-11.5w%Al-5.0wt%Ni alloy Abstract.
Analysis of experimental data First of all let us see the ε tr (σ) and ε tr (T) functions, obtained from ε ~T and ε ~σ hysteretic loops measured at constant stress and temperature values, respectively in Cu-11.5wt%Al-5.0wt%Ni shape memory alloy [2].

Compared with Huang et al.’s scheme, the signature size is shortened about 25% and the computation quantity is reduced about 36% in the proposed scheme.
Efficiency We give a comparison between the proposed scheme and Huang et al.’s scheme [13].

Aluminum (Al) alloys are the most widely used in the high strength to weight ratio.
Thamizhmanii et al [6] discussed the effect of burnishing parameters on surface finish and surface hardness.
Al composite also got a little attention as a material can be finished by burnishing.

The test specimens, Al-6Si-2Cu alloys are prepared by gravity casting process.
The high-strength Al alloy Al-Si-Cu system is widely used in cylinder head, cylinder block, etc. due to excellent castability and mechanical properties[1].
The process of heat treatments on Al cast alloy is listed in Table 2.

The alloys are AA2024-T3 (Al-Cu) and AA2099-T8E77 (Al-Cu-Li).
Ma et al [5] examined an AA2099 alloy and found that rod like Al-Cu-Mn-Li dispersoids (~1 µm x 200 nm) and spherical Al3Zr dispersoids (25-30 nm diameter) were present.
Analysis of the precipitates present within the matrix, showed that those in alloy 1 were rich in Al-Cu-Mg-Fe-Mn but Al-Mg-Mn-Si particles were also observed.
