The regulation introduces sustainable development for the construction industry as a seventh principal requirement, the first six being (1) mechanical resistance, (2) fire safety, (3) health and hygiene, (4) safety in use, (5) noise protection and (6) energy economy, to which now (7) sustainable use of natural resources is added: the construction works must be designed, built and demolished in such a way that the use of natural resources is sustainable.
The social balance is positive, because of an unchanged view or living environment, limited nuisance, less heavy transport and thus increased traffic and public safety.

Ÿ Establish appropriate subsidies for redesigning commercial signboards in areas where the 2009 Taipei Deaflympics and the Taipei 2010 International Flora Expo events will occur
Property owners can acquire the incentives if their properties can show large open spaces (an area which reaches at least 0.1 hectare), pedestrians and bicycle trails, elevated platforms crossing over major traffic arteries or rivers, and spacious interior open spaces (where the ceiling height reaches at least 15 meters).

Figure 1 The Information Management for Enterprises View from the international point, with the development of the world economy and the expansion of international exchange and cooperation.
International enterprises are rapidly developing, and foreign websites grasp this trend, to actively explore new markets to establish the branch sites or to seek partners in many countries.
However, domestic transnational enterprises websites are of simple information, less services, which lag behind the international trend.
Meanwhile, China's current legal systems are not very perfect in network transactions, and the payment platform for online transactions is still not widely established, so online payment of credit consumption are not reliable, for which the public lacks confidence in the safety of the network that hamper the development of the e-commerce information.

This is definition worked out by the Commission 3 of International Federation of Surveyors Geographic information system is a system of acquisition, processing, verifying, integrating, manipulating, analyzing and presenting data which are spatially referenced to the earth.
Construction of the system environment has taken into account the specificities of the Municipal Office (internal organization, ICT structure, source and type of data used), and the rules of safety storage and transmission of data and the needs of different potential users.

Thisresearchinvestigates energy saving and emission reduction effect of the Shenzhen Yantian international container terminals whohas carried out "oil changing to electricity" and “oil changing to gas" countermeasures since 2011 and achieves energy saving efficiency of 80% by "oil changing to electricity" and clean fuelalternative rate of 60% by "oil changing to gas".

With the ever-increasing concern on safety and environmental protection, such defects in the pipeline are intolerable and unaffordable.
(a) The water leak blocked the traffic [9].
Hence, fatal rupture and periodic shutdown of pipeline for unnecessary services, which may cause human causalities or blocking of traffic and waste of resources respectively, can be minimized.

It is difficult to say which of these types is better, but there is a tendency, at least in scientific research, to use cylinders more often than cubes, which is recommended by RILEM — the International organization of testing laboratories.
Tests with grinding wheels and steel balls allow to determine the resistance of concrete to abrasion by the wheels of vehicles or footwear of pedestrian traffic.
