An AlN layer is grown on a gradually decomposing SiC substrate yielding a freestanding crack free 2H single crystal without grain boundaries as confirmed by synchrotron radiation phase contrast imaging and topography data.
Theoretical stress analysis [4] and experimental observations by a number of authors showed that the choice of proper AlN thickness strongly influences the continuity of obtained material.
SR x-ray imaging data shows that the freestanding wafers (of 600–1000 µm thick and up to 15 mm in diameter) are crack-free 2H-AlN single crystals without grain boundaries.

When the sample suffered small tension, the varieties of spacing of the grain are small, so when the angle of iXRD probe changes, the varieties of strain tested by the spacing of the grains are not significant, thus the test error rates are relatively large deviation.
In the high stress period, due to the impaction of the external force, the interplanar spacing of the grains which are perpendicular to the force will changed significantly, thus the absolute test errors are large.
The test area of iXRD diameter is 2mm.Although the irradiated area is small, the X-ray can directly exposure to the sample surface where there has enough grains so that the changes of spacing can be directly measured.

Microstructural control is realized by using thermo-mechanical control processing (TMCP) that includes successive steps of austenite grain refinement by hot rolling in the recrystallization regime, work hardening of refined austenite grains by controlled rolling in the non-recrystallization regime and finally quenching to form bainite or martensite or a mixture of these phases.
The ASTM data and equations correspond to ASTM grain size #7 and, therefore, any deviation from this has to be corrected by using a suitable multiplying factor (0.95 used in this study corresponding to ASTM grain size #8).

The photogenerated carriers in TiO2 show high recombination rate, and the photogenerated electrons and holes that can migrate to the material surface and participate in the photocatalytic reaction only account for around 4% of the total quantum number.
This indicates that Mg doping restrains the growth of the TiO2 grain and leads to the smaller grain size and poorer crystallinity.
Consequently, the crystal growth of TiO2 is restrained, which is conducive to the formation of TiO2 with the small grain.
In this way, the grain growth rate is thereby reduced.
As mentioned in the former, the grain size of Mg-TiO2 is smaller than that of P25-TiO2 and the crystal lattice stress is larger.

As slag grains are covered with a layer of hydrates, kinetics of hydration till the end of reaction is regulated by the process of diffusion that depends on the degree of structural irregularity.
Under this concept, in the theory of hydration and hardening of slag-alkaline binder materials it becomes important that there is a tendency to maximize the electrostatic mutual attraction between ions in the hardening structure, and to increase the energy of the crystalline lattice of the phase of new formations, i.e. the principle of the maximum possible coordination number in border conditions of the phase becomes relevant; this principle is formulated by Polling for ion crystals.
Dependence of concrete strength on the duration of maturing of blast-furnace 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 – of clinker-only cements from different manufacturers, 6 – of slag-alkaline binder material, Мо=0.87÷1.1 This is also confirmed by the data indicating hydrophobic behavior of the slag surface, which is confirmed by a large angle of moistening as compared to that of clinker grains [10].

The final grain size, as determined using an average linear intercept method, and UTS of the specimens, were approximately 41㎛ and 261MPa for Cu and 54㎛ and 348MPa for the Cu-35Zn alloy, respectively.

With the increase of the number of cycles of fatigue loading, the growth rate slowed down into a relatively stable stage of development.

The advantages of this materials are high resistivity low dielectric loss, high curie temperature Tc, high permeability µ and etc and adaptable from the perspective of their large number of potential applications [7].
Next the effect of the microstructure, compositions, grain sizes, homogeneity, mixture volume of the MnxZn1-xFe2O4 will be investigate to chose the best configuration that provide required shielding.
