This statement can be confirmed by the statistical data indicating that in the last decade the global production of primary aluminium has been systematically growing (around 5% per year).
Parts made from aluminium alloys often replace those made from steel - especially in the automotive industry, where the mass reduction results in fuel savings, which is beneficial not only for economic reasons but also has a positive impact on the natural environment (reduction of CO2 and harmful substances emission to the atmosphere).
Even at the design stage, a special attention is paid to ensure high mechanical strength with simultaneous weight reduction.
They concluded that increased defect density in the crystal structure caused by plastic deformation would enhance the diffusion distance of Si considerably and therefore result in the formation of a more evident peak for the GP zones, the anticipation of the metastable β”/β’ peak temperatures and the reduction of Si and Mg2Si phases amount that eventually forms.
The diffraction data were collected over 2ϴ range of 30-100° with a step size of 0.01 and the counting time per step 5s.

A reduction in the elasticity modulus of the epoxy resin and the nanocomposites with the increase in temperature was verified.
In other case, the reduction was 17.63 (%) with the same length and 1.8% of NiTi volume fraction.
This work attributed the reduction of elasticity modulus to the softening of matrix, and the fraction of the NiTi in the composition of the sample.
The convective heat transfer coefficient is obtained by comparing the experimental data of temperature versus time with those obtained in the Ansys CFX software.

The authors of [9-12] notes, that slight overheating of alloys above the liquidus line leads to a significant reduction of complexes in a liquid.
An increase in the cooling rate to 104 K/s is accompanied by a significant reduction in the dimensions and volume fraction of primary aluminum crystals to 10 – 15 % (Fig. 1).
An increase in the rate of cooling of alloys contributes to the subsequent reduction of both the size and volume fraction of primary crystals of the Al2Cu phase.A similar situation was observed in the study of the microstructure after overheating of hypereutectic alloys to a temperature of 100 K above the liquidus line, namely, further reduction of the measurements of the primary phase of Al2Cu and an increase in the volume fraction of the eutectic.
Subsequent cooling of this sample on the thermogram recorded the formation of primary crystals of the Al2Cu phase at a temperature of 836 K, while the second at a temperature of 817 K corresponds to the formation of the eutectic, which correlates with the data of the diagram of the state of the Al-Cu system (Fig. 8, b).
At present, data on corrosion resistance of aluminum and its alloys are known [18-22].

2.
Graph including experimental data with deconvolutions is presented in Fig. 6 for S1.
The only data away that tendency is the one corresponding to e4 for S1, where proportion was 85%:15%.
The visual data is endorsed with the XPS depth profile.
Measurements include data taken after annealing samples at 300°C and 400°C.

The Section and Block. (1) section must be placed in specific requirements to better measurement;
(2) need to manually calculate the data reports, not convenient for direct comparison with the design data;
(3) Low efficiency, error-prone to result in schedule delays;
(4) The undeveloped of measurement and data processing methods can not arrive an effective management mechanism and the cycle of precision data.
So it can not provide data support to anti-deformation and no margin shipbuilding.
The block data measured by PDA is import into the software of block precision management --DACS-OFFICE, to get automatic fit of the measured data and design data.
Accumulation and Arrangement of Data and Information.
Accuracy management is to use data.

According to TEM data, the equilibrium distance d0 between the two
partials in 60o dislocations is about 5 nm.
Points are experimental data [67], solid curves are calculated using the model [65].
The points are experimental data, while the solid curves are calculated by using model [65].
Solid symbols - photoluminescense, open symbols - electroluminescence data.
From the data shown in Fig. 35 one can find Eex(0) = 795 meV and α = 0.0186 meV/(kV/cm) 2.

According to the different surface roughness and rotational accuracy, wavelet de-noising algorithm is adopted to make precise error separation.
2.1 Eliminate gross errors
“53H algorithm” is famous for that it uses “data window” (it is composed of continues 5 points and 3 points) to deal with the origin data sequence, thus constitute a new data series.
This algorithm eliminates the gross errors by means of comparing the new data series constructed and the origin data series.
b) The way to construct new seriesfrom seriesis to start with the first data of, then orderly take the median of every 3 adjacent dates as the data of.
At last, the results will be returned to LabVIEW and displayed visually.For any one set of data through the error separation by the module, in addition to a slightly reduce of the average, the standard deviation of data series reduced by 7.407%.
Table 1 Comparison of the data before and after multi-level error separation Data before the Multi-level error separation Data after the Multi-level error separation Average 0.3935 0.3933 Reduction ratio 7.407% Moreover, in the actual detection, if directly use fast wavelet transform algorithm instead of the application of 53 H algorithm, the convergent series is different for different measuring objects after wavelet decomposition.
