The result shows that this method can not only identify the key quality characteristics in multistage manufacturing process, but also establish the model of output quality effecting of all levels on the final product quality and its quality characteristics relationship, which reflect the structure of the multistage manufacturing process and causal relationship between quality characteristics at all process levels, provide the basis for quality analysis and control in multistage manufacturing process.

We use a SiCl4/Ar (CH4/H2/Ar) chemistry to etch the GaAs (InP) guiding layer down to the etch stop layer.
For the first structure, a very thin absorbing layer is inserted inside the nanowire.
The fabrication of this structure requires no additional technological steps to the nanowire process.
The second structure consists in an absorbing zone defined on the nanowire and whose length and position can be chosen.
Moreover, as the structure is not symmetric, the absorption is polarisation dependent (Fig. 9).

Methods The Crystal structure of MLL CXXC domain was used as the initial structure.
(PDB code: 2jyi).The Structure of CpG DNA was generated using CHEMSKETCH software [9].
The Molecular Docking was again performed for simulated structure and binding energies were analysed.
After refinement of crystal structure the docking studies were repeated.

Around 30-50 GPa for only x = 0.60 the NaCl structure transform into the eight fold coordinated CsCl structure and for x = 0.80, 1 unidentified structure has been observed between 56 and 80 GPa.
By using experimental X-ray diffraction technique, it was also reported that the phase transition pressure from NaCl (B1) structure to CsCl structure of LaS is 27-28 GPa with volume change 9.5%.
According to our theory at x = 0.00 the structure transforms into CsCl type structure at 30 GPa with volume change7.1%.
According to this theory a transformation into CsCl type structure observed at 24.9 GPa with volume collapse 8.4%.

Based on the results determined by X-ray diffraction, this phase has a CeAs crystal structure (see fig.4).
