As such, the proposed method can help to build a database of the properties of various materials which are applicable in the design of noise and vibration control. 1.
Passive damping treatments using viscoelastic materials are widely used in engineering applications in order to reduce vibrations [3].
The viscoelastic materials transform the strain energy that is stored during deformation into heat energy and consequently dissipates this energy through hysteresis.

Therefore, latent heat thermal storage technique is proposed to use in conventional central air-conditioning in which storage tank composed of containers filled with phase change material (PCM) and packed inside is added on condition that the PCM has been researched to fit to conventional air-conditioning working condition.
Zhang [6] presented a general model for analyzing the thermal characteristics of both heat charging and discharging processes of various latent heat thermal storage systems having encapsulated phase change materials.
