Zn1-xMnxOy compounds are of primary interest, since manganese serves as an isovalent element for zinc, while the radius of Mn2+ ion (0.080 nm) is comparable to the that of Zn2+ (0.074 nm).
The aim of this work is to study the structure and magnetic properties of Zn1-xMnxOy thin films, as well as propose the mechanism which sets to explain the appearance of high-temperature ferromagnetism in such thin films.
It is important to note that the non-alloyed and manganese-doped thin films obtained under the same synthesis conditions have similar crystallite sizes, which confirms the replacement of Mn2+ ions with Zn2+ ones in the ZnO semiconductor matrix.

It is important to note that in the case of intermittent digestion plants, the process of emal in the stove-stove is the formation of metal-metal compounds in the pole, the oxides of that type (FeO, MnO, SiO₂, P₂O₅) and the flat combinations of Fe, Na, K-flour with nitrogen, the cleaning of habelə nitrides (Fe(NO₂), NaNO₂, KNO₂) and sulfides (FeS, MnS, CuS, TiS) in the depth.
The limiting factor of the carbon and oxygen compound in the iron is the massing in the proximity of the interphase scale.
