This study aims to study the corrosion rate with a continuous and discontinuous measurement method of weight loss using carbon steel specimens immersed in sodium chloride solution and further compare the two results.
However, the effect of absorbed oxygen is the opposite, which reduces the rate of release of metal compounds [5].
Consequently, this study aims to examine the corrosion rate of carbon steel experimentally in sodium chloride solution and distilled water continuously and discontinuously, and further compare the results of the two methods whether they yield the same or different values in the corrosion rate of the samples.

., Ti2O3, TiN, VC, MnS and Al2O3, in producing acicular ferrite in low alloy steels has been examined yet.
Consequently, four kinds of high-purity oxides powders were added respectively in the hot-press-fusion process, which were Ti2O3, MgO, ZrO2 and Al2O3 with 1μm in diameter , an experiment of diffusion bonding between steel and high-purity oxides were carried out to investigate the interfacial phenomena between the steel matrix and oxides, including the microstructure and chemical composition in micro zone, the aim was to verify whether or not the oxides can stimulate the formation of intragranular ferrite at the interface.
As a common oxides inclusions in steels, Al2O3 have a smaller thermal expansion (8.0×10-6/k) then austenite (23.0×10-6/k), a compound and a tensile stress may be present in austenite, therefore, it appears to be a good reason to explain the ferrite nucleation phenomena at the surface between Al2O3 and steels in the previous observation.

This paper will mainly aim to discuss about the method synthesis of Nd3+ ion-doped ZnO (ZnO:Nd3+) nanomaterial and its fluorescence spectra at room temperature.
Aimed at all the ZnO:Nd3+ nanoparticle specimen, suggesting that, transitions 4F3/2 → 4I11/2, 4F3/2 → 4I13/2 and 4F3/2 → 4I15/ can be used as a laser transition.

The silica purification process aims to remove silica impurities before being converted into silicone.
This is due to side reactions resulting in MgO compound and other compounds as the major products.
Some MgO compounds may completely coatwith silicone, and HCl cannot separate the two compounds [33].

Introduction
Chemicals (dyes, pharmaceuticals, endocrine disrupting compounds, etc) used in a wide range of applications in our modern society are produced on a large scale worldwide.
Most environmental data focus on the occurrence, fate, and transport of these compounds in waste water.
However, during the sewage process these inactive compounds are readily transformed into ones that are potentially more harmful than original.
Reason for Brugnera et al. [66] studied such photocatalytic degradation taking into account that this kind of endocrine disruptor can be harmful even at very low concentration, hence the demand for efficient methods able to remove traces of such compounds remain a challenge.
