Introduction Aluminum alloys, specially 2xxx series, have a wide application in aircraft industry because of their high strength per weight ratio in comparison with steel and titanium alloys.
Several research works related to applying the SIMA process on 2XXX aluminum alloys have been already carried out.
The aim of the current research is investigating the effect of SIMA process on Ti added Al2014 Al alloy.

The aim of this article describes the application of green tea aqueous extract as an eco-friendly corrosion inhibitor for two Cu-Ni alloys in 3.5% NaCl solution.
This is because that these compounds are non- toxic, biodegradable, relatively cheap and completely soluble in aqueous media and produced with high purity at low-cost [12, 13].
C for the Cu-Ni alloys with the addition of different inhibitor in 3.5 % NaCl solution from the potentiodynamic and EIS methods are linear plots, indicating that the adsorption of these compounds followed Langmuir adsorption isotherms.
Therefore, the future studies can be focused on the development of polymeric compounds used as self- healing or production of new natural corrosion inhibitors.

These alloys are typically used in the automobile and aero-space industry.
Another study done by Chen et.al [2] used laser direct metal deposition to manufacture Al alloys.
As seen, there is a gap in research on the direct metal laser sintering process of Al alloys.
Al alloys are the most used material in the SLM research.

However, the die soldering is still an inevitable problem for rheocasting of Al-7Si-0.3Mg alloys, despite the fact that the rheocasting of Al-7Si-0.3Mg alloys shows a lower die soldering tendency than high pressure die casting of Al-7Si-0.3Mg alloys.
A soldering critical temperature is postulated, at which iron begins to react with aluminium to form an aluminium rich liquid phase and solid intermetallic compounds.
All thermal analysis curves of eight alloys are shown in Appendix (Fig.
All optical microcopy images of eight alloys are shown in Appendix (Fig.
All SEM BS images of eight alloys are shown in Appendix (Fig.

Today, lead-free solder alloys such as Sn-Ag and Sn-Ag-Cu developed very aggressively.
There are two types of copper-beryllium, highly conductive alloys with 0.3-0.5 % beryllium content and high-strength alloys with 1.7-2.0 % beryllium content [5].

The present paper shows the experimental results obtained on two complex alloys Co-Cr-W-C-Fe-Ni-Si-Mn-Mo and Ni-Cr-Fe-B-Si-C-Co alloys deposited on copper support by welding (TIG).
The present paper shows some Ni complex alloys (Deloro) and Co complex alloys (Stellite) behaviour, chosen as protection coatings for blast furnace tuyeres, aiming to increase their operating life [1,2].
The compounds partial solubilisation hypothesis is supported by SEM images and EDS analyses.
It leads to rounding off edges and corners of primary compounds.

In this work, the Cambridge Sequential Total Energy Package (CASTEP) was used to calculate the Fermi energy of compounds, and the valence electrons were represented by the ultrasoft pseudopotential (USP) method.
As is mentioned above, the second phases in both Al-Zn-Sn-Ga and Al-Zn-Sn alloys were Al-Zn compound of which the Fermi energy is higher (know as lower corrosion potential) than that of GB zone and Al matrix.
The different potential in the alloys will lead to local couple corrosion. 2.

Further heating at increasing temperatures resulted in complete crystallization with α-Al and intermetallic compounds.
A series of investigations on the formation and fundamental properties of Al-TM-RE amorphous alloys were carried out with the aim of developing high-strength materials with good ductility and high corrosion resistance [5,6].
