The following metals that are in powder form, like stainless steel, pure metals such as titanium and aluminum, and metal alloys such as titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, and nickel-based alloys, are already being used for 3D printing [24].
Titanium alloys are divided into three groups, α-type alloy, β-type alloys, and α + β type alloys.
The α-type alloys have excellent corrosion resistance but with low mechanical properties than the rest of the titanium alloys.
Ti3Al2.5V and Ti5Al2.5V are the most commonly-used alloys within this group.
Aluminum alloys have a high strength-to-weight ratio and good resistance to metal fatigue and corrosion.

The present investigation aims to develop red mud filled polyester composites (with different weight fraction) and characterize its mechanical and tribological properties.
Polymers find wide engineering applications due to their low density, reasonably good strength and wear resistance as compared to monolithic metal alloys.
These have been aimed to achieve using grey based Taguchi method [24].

Similar results were obtained by Schmidt et al. [7], who studied a compound corner-shaped hole.
Heidmann et al. [8] and Dhungel et al. [9] introduced an anti-vortex hole concept aimed at reducing the strength of the CRV pair.
Numerical studies often report the effectiveness of film cooling as adiabatic film cooling effectiveness (AFCE) since most of the turbine blades are made of a low thermal conductivity materials or super alloys.

Introduction
Nickel is an important metal that is widely used in stainless steel, alloy, plating, military industry, aerospace, battery, and other fields [1, 2].
It is extremely difficult to obtain pure nickel compounds from these leach liquors because of the difficulties in separating metals that have similar physio-chemical properties, for example nickel and cobalt.
Distribution coefficient is calculated using Eq. 5: (5) D= CorgCRaff (6) Solvent extraction is aimed at selective extraction of the targeted metal from the aqueous phase; however, other metals present in aqueous phase often get co-extracted.
