The problem described in the paper concerns the thermo-physical properties of the green mould material to which the cast iron is most often poured.
The goal of the study was to determine the substitute thermo-physical properties of mould sand containing the over-moisture zone by means of simulation tests (inverse problem).
Together with these transformations the mechanical and thermal properties are modified and that depends on the time (intensity) of heating.

Introduction Mechanical system dynamics analysis software ADAMS virtual prototype developed by the United States MDI analysis software, to provide users with a powerful modeling and simulation environment, allowing users to be able to conduct a variety of mechanical systems modeling, simulation and analysis.
Therefore, its institutions will directly affect the image quality of the zoom lens.
Figure 1 Lens model into ADAMS Figure 2 Defined the parameters of the zoom lens Import model in ADAMS set and modify properties, materials, color and other characteristics, as shown in Figure 2.
Refinement of the model is, after preliminary simulation analysis to determine the basic movement of the model, to increased more complex factors in the model, in order to refine the model.
After preliminary experiments show the mechanical guide mechanism used in this paper are obtained good results, can achieve the desired purpose well, and has good reliability.

Introduction Light alloys are widely used in aeronautical industry, due to their excellent mechanical properties and their low density.
Among the main factors that influence Ra are the cutting parameters: cutting speed, feed and cutting depth [9,10].
The apparition of both incorporations (BUL and BUE) causes an alteration in the initial tool geometry that affects to the surface finish quality of the pieces [13,14].
The most influential factor is the change produced in the edge geometry.

Moreover this did not affect the present study since the weld residual stress fields obtained from the BEGL-FNC model were used as the initial condition for the BU model.
Suitable material properties [2] were used for the parent, girth and repair welded regions. 2.3 Mapping methodology A mapping procedure allowed the stress and strain fields predicted from the weld simulation to be used as the initial condition in the BU model.
A coverage factor of two was used to increase the interval so as to include 95.4% of the population.
From the summary of the results, it may be concluded that the hardening behavior of the weld zone can substantially affect the finite element analysis.

Aluminum and its alloys are used at many products manufacture because of its low density, of the high electrical and thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, low neutron absorption cross section, the non-toxicity, the malleability, magnetic properties, no sparks produce and it has a high mechanical strength relative to weight.
To determine the concentrator pattern by using CARD program were made the following steps: · registered the value of main factors: frequency, amplitude , etc
· determined the properties of the material to be made concentrator; · established the concentrator's model; · executed the concentrator model set; · evaluated the concentrator; · checked the concentrator performance from the point of view of frequency , amplitude and internal tensions .
The total amplitude at the output of the concentrator was 78 micrometers, the amplitude at the output of the piezoelectric converter (3000 W) was 20 micrometers, the intermediary transformer amplification factor of was 1.5 and the one of the concentrator was 2.6.
The experimental results revel that a working force F value of 268 daN is too high for 40 ms working time, as shown in Fig. 3, the heat has affected welded zone determine tool imprint deformation and material detachment causing (a, b, c, d, e, f) a) b) c) d) e) f) g) h) i) Fig. 3.

The exact composition of the glass and the filler depends on the desired processing temperature and final properties [2,3].
The developed sacrificial layer provides a mechanical support until the start of LTCC densification and then oxidized.
Both of these reactions; graphite burn out and LTCC densification, are related to processing parameters, material properties and affected by reaction kinetics.
The effect of the last two factors can be best explained by eq.1, which clearly shows the ratio of strains between LTCC and alumina.
εLTCC / εAl2O3 = (bAl2O3h 2 Al2O3E Al2O3) / (bLTCCh2LTCCELTCC) (1) Signal = ε Gf (2) where ε, b, h, E, Gf are the strain, width, thickness, elastic modulus and gauge factor, respectively.

Stress Forming of Fine Metal Wire Based on Ultrasonic Vibration LUO Yi1,a, YANG Chuan-long1, SONG Yue-ming1, WANG Xiao-dong1 1School of Mechanical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, Dalian China aluoy@dlut.edu.cn Keywords: ultrasonic; internal stress relief; flex lead; vibratory stress relief; simulation analysis Abstract.
The assembling process of the flex lead of an accelerometer can bring in internal stress, which causes drift error and affects the precision of the accelerometer.
Ultrasonic generator produce high power and high frequency alternating current, ultrasonic transducer converts electric power into mechanical energy in the form of ultrasonic vibration with micron-sized amplitude.
The operation object of UVSR experiment is fine copper wire with a diameter of 150 μm, which has the similar material property and function to the flex-lead.
The deviation is probably caused by environmental factors and precision of the tools, the repeatability of the test can be assured.

Introduction As machinery has become more complex and mankind has demanded greater productivity from each mechanical system.
The supplementing control system by additional vibration symptoms of mechanical defects seems reasonable and economically justified [15].
The performance of accelerometers is affected by measurement errors that are classified into deterministic errors and stochastic errors.
Deterministic errors consist of bias, scale factor and inertial axis misalignment.
