As can be seen from these results of optimization of a deep drawing process, many important factors must be taken into account.

As the research region locates on the Hunhe fault, the mechanical property of fault zone which can significantly affect the stability of open pit mine slope and the deformation of the petroleum factory is necessary considered.
The main factors of the interface model are the internal friction angle, cohesion, dilation angle, normal stiffness and shear stiffness, compressive strength and shear strength.

Composites of cobalt and WC have good wear resistance and high temperature properties [4,5].
Laser power (A), addition amount of WC (B) and scanning speed (C) were chosen as three factors in the Taguchi design (Table 2).
In a word, microhardness of the matrix was affected by both the addition amount of WC and the P/V value.
Analysis of the number of signal levels and extreme differences in the Taguchi method of both the microhardness of the matrix and the Rockwell hardness of the deposited coatings shows that the best combination of the factors is A2B3C1 and the importance of the factors follows B→C→A, i. e. in this study, the best laser processing parameters for hardness (specimen 6) is that laser power 0.6 kW, the addition amount of WC 30wt%, the scanning speed 0.3m/min; and the addition amount of WC has the most important effect on the microhardness of the matrix and the Rockwell hardness of the deposited coatings, followed by the scanning speed and laser power.

Improved surface properties (hardness, corrosion resistance) can be obtained using the LEHCPEB treatment.
As a result, improved surface properties of the material, often unattainable with conventional surface treatment techniques, can be obtained fairly easily.
This is particularly true for tribological [2,4,6,7] and corrosion properties [7-10].
The surface properties revealed in Fig. 1 must be determined by the final structure-phase states generated by the LEHCPEB thermo-mechanical treatment.
The so-formed homogeneous layers were demonstrated to improve the corrosion properties of these dual phase alloys; as illustrated in Fig. 1 for the 316L steel.

At the same time, Khloponin et al. [8] studied the mechanical properties of hot rolled coils cooled with water spray, and proved that the rapid cooling reduces hardness properties of strips but increases the uniformity along the strip.
Therefore, Peshkov et al. [9] convinces that by well-suited cooling schedules, the mechanical properties of hot rolled strips after cooling using the water-spray method make it possible to raise the coiling temperature of strips, while retaining the uniform properties of the steel, and attached the experimental verification.
Colas et al. [12] expressed a similar simplified model to predict cooling times, and found that placing a coil into still water can be a good way to decrease the storing time without affecting quality in steel in route to cold rolling, with assuming the main heat flow in a coil is along the axis.
Since other properties follow largely from the temperature field [15], naturally, determination of the thermal stress distribution is the significant step in solving shape coil deterioration.
The thermal conductivity along the axial direction is almost equal to that of the steel, although generally the thermal physical properties are the function of temperature and chemical composition of the steel coil.

It is thus well known that the deterioration and the breakdown of mechanical systems were mainly caused by seizure or wear of machine elements inside an operating mechanical means [6].
In concern of the AT mechanism, it is highly vital for the wear factor to remain low so that excessive loss of material does not cause shift characteristics of the mechanism to deteriorate [7].
Each wear particle produced is mainly generated with different levels of deterioration of the mechanical components [9].
The factor concerning size estimation and shape observation meanwhile showed that the value of elongation was linearly decreased and no occurrence of irregular shape was observed.
Apparently, it can be anticipated that the occurrence of severe wear particle was insignificant which portrayed both physical and chemical properties of the ATF were not affected throughout this mission profile.
