TaN thin films exhibit various structures such as β-Ta, Ta2N, TaN, Ta3N5, etc.
The phase structures of the films were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD) with low-angle (0.5°) measurements.
Fig. 4(a) exhibits reveal distinct columnar crystal structures in the films.
The samples exhibit different lattice orientations, indicating a polycrystalline structure.

The amorphous structure of organic matter were identified by WAXD profiles.
SAXS profiles are usually expected to provide information on supramolecular structures in solid state [8].
The molecular structures of yttrium complexes are shown in Fig. 1.
The WAXD and SAXS powder patterns show that all yttrium complexes have an amorphous long-range disordered structure.

The branching structures of PHB fibers can be considered as the trees in terms of graph theory with a unit path between any two points on the tree.
For complex branching structures, starting from the ends, one can recursively simplify the model to a single semi-infinite cylinder.
By reducing the complex morphology of the branching structures to an “equivalent cylinder”, Wilfried Roll’s cable theory allows to describe the electrical properties of passive branching structures with any complexity, including calculation of the voltage sensitivity at an arbitrary point of a branching structure to the current supplied to any other point of the structure.
A multi-exponential voltage drop in distributed non-isopotential passive branching structures, when the voltage drop in branching structures is determined by the sum of many exponential drops rather than by a single exponent, as in the point model taking into account resistance and capacitance; 4.

The results shows that the suitable reaction pH value is between 8 and 9.When PH value is too high, the crystal structure would bedest- ructed,it will make the fixed ammonia escaped from MgNH4PO4.
When PH value is too low,it is not conducive to the formation of precipitation; It formed strong alkaline environment under high pH, the destruction of the crystal structure of the precipitation will make fixed ammonia free from MgNH4PO4, form more unsoluble Mg3 (PO4)2, thereby reducing the recovery rate of NH3-N
