X-ray diffraction patterns confirmed the FCC spinel structure of synthesized particles.
Introduction The study of nanocrystalline materials is an active area of research in physics, chemistry, medical science and materials engineering as well as in multidisciplinary fields [1,2].
Characterization: The structure and particle sizes were determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) data.
The decrease in lattice constant for X=1 may be due to total shift of crystal structure from CoFe2O4 to MnFe2O4.
The variation of resistivity can be explained on the basis of actual location of cations in the spinel structure.

It was confirmed that the addition of lanthanum oxide did not much affect the crystallinity, crystal structure and the morphology of P25 TiO2.
