However, the price of the infrared up-conversion materials with high efficiency is relatively high.
But that is usually in yellow light segment, GaP-based materials have a high sensitivity for yellow light.
Therefore, it is an excellent choice for semiconductor materials in the preparation of detector for the infrared up-conversion material detection.
