Due to disrepair, improper maintenance and management and other factors, the urban sewer appears varying degrees of damage phenomenon.
Domestic drainage pipeline repair project has been successfully adopted in reducing the HDPE pipe repair technology, short pipe lining welding repair technology, turn CIPP lining repair technology and mechanical system of spiral pipe lining repair technology and other kinds of trenchless technology, but turn CIPP lining repair technology is used more widely.
The design is aimed at the main and back streets whose damaged drainage pipe are trenchless, and the range are Kaixian District of Ankang, Pingqiao, Zhongji District branch, trenchless of drainage pipe network includes 38 roads, a total of 255 points, total cost is 6,798,570 Yuan. 3.2 Brief introduction of stainless steel foam cylinder technology The design of non excavation mainly uses stainless steel foam cylinder repair technology, the technology introduction is as follows: stainless steel foam cylinder technology produced in Canada, which is a specialized method of local repair without excavation for pipeline rupture, water leakage, leakage of mud, and so on and it can effectively strengthen to avoid sealing and mud; It’s durable, and it won’t fall off and affect the water section, etc.; The width of stainless steel foam cylinder is between 400mm to 600mm, the width of suitable diameter between 300 mm to 1500 mm Leakage of mild/moderate pipeline, not suitable for serious damaged pipeline

Furthermore it is assumed that the chamber (inclusive material of chamber) does not affect the properties of the elements on its inside.
If possible or necessary, a distinction in respect to the properties for evacuated and non-evacuated chambers is carried out.
Tab. 2 summarizes the estimated effects of different parameters on the mechanical properties.
The inherent rigidity and tensile strength as limiting factors can be neglected here.

The heat transfer and friction factor characteristics are significantly affected by the perforation density of the baffle plate.
Stehlik et al. [15] compared heat transfer and friction loss correction factors of an optimized segmental baffle heat exchanger to those of a helical baffle heat exchanger.
In their studies, the correction factors for helical baffles were examined as a function of baffle inclination angle to gain an understanding of the underlying transport phenomena as well as to characterize the baffle for design purpose.

Based on the experimental and calculation results between the reinforcing particles content and thermal physical parameters, low pressure die casting of wheels was taken as an example to study the casting property of the 7075 alloy and TiB2/7075 composites.
Numerical simulation has calculated the temperature field and stress field in mould filling and solidification process, defects and microstructure, which affected by the of gating system design and processing parameters, such as casting temperature, casting pressure, mold temperature.
The effect of grain refinement on the viscosity of composite depends on many factors of reinforced particle, such as itssize, shape, amount and even its agglomeration in the matrix[13].

Silk proteins also have the properties to form fibers such as special strength, toughness, and resistance to mechanical compression [7-9].
They also meet many criteria for biomaterials with outstanding mechanical properties, biodegradability, and biocompatibility [10].
CK B. 2d C. 4d D. 6d Cells distributing and factors secreting in scaffolds HE staining of frozen sections showed (see Figure 6), the scaffold surface and mesh were visible in the NIH-3T3 cells growing along the material fiber.
The ideal tissue engineering scaffold must meet the following basic demands[25,26], good biocompatibility, biological stability and proper biodegradability; enough mechanical properties and good biocompatible properties; higher porosity and specific surface area, resolved substance and exudates with low content; biological carrier for cell, growth factor and gene, controlling growth factor release; extensive sources of raw material, low price and convenient for processing ,sterilization and disinfection.
Compound culture of cell and biomaterials was affected by essence of scaffold, species of cells, inoculum density and methods of compound culture.

The loss of alveolar bone may be attributed to a variety of factors, such as endodontic pathology, periodontitis, facial trauma and aggressive manoeuvres during extractions.
· Osteopromotion - involves the enhancement of osteoinduction without the possession of osteoinductive properties.
These morphologic changes may affect the successful placement and osseointegration of dental implants [4].
Commercially available synthetic bone replacements have been made of hydroxyapatite, tricalcium phosphate, calcium sulfate, and combinations of these minerals, and fabrication techniques, crystal configurations, pore dimensions, mechanical properties, and resorption rates vary [3, 14, 15].
Modification of their bulk structure, which brings their structure closer to natural bone tissue, including cytokines-growth factors and morphogens-into their composition enables to provide synthetic materials with not only osteoconductive but also osteoinductive properties.

Kim et al. [2] investigated the sensitivity analysis and showed that the change of process parameters affects the bead width and height more strongly than penetration.
First a full three level factorial design with 3 factors, with usual 0, 1, 2 notations is considered.
The fourth factor levels are determined by equating its levels to the appropriate order of highest –order interaction, AB2CD, through the relationship, x4=2x1+x2+2x3.

The interface temperature is not known a priori but depends on the intrinsic properties of the framework, in particular the thermal conductivity of the fluid and solid; and (iv) Newtonian heating, where the heat transfer rate from the bounding surface with a finite heat capacity is corresponding to the local surface temperature and which is typically named conjugate convective flow were demonstrated by Merkin [6].
The slip coefficients affect the velocity, temperature and nano focus as unmistakably appeared in Figure 4, 5 and 6 separately.
