Criterion for Controlling the Stress-Strain State of Composite Dielectric Materials Using the Effective Filtration Method Vladimir Surzhikova and Pavel Fedotovb* National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, 30, Lenina Ave., 634050, Tomsk, Russia aiva1954@mail.ru, b*pif@tpu.ru Keywords: mechanoelectric transformations, stress-strain state, dielectric, criterion.
The paper presents a brief description of a process of an electromagnetic response generation from dielectric composite materials when they are subjected to an acoustic impulses, a recording method by capacitive receivers and criteria for controlling the stress-strain state (SSS) for this method.
Introduction In the early 1970s, the Tomsk Polytechnic University researchers began to develop a new method for nondestructive testing of structural defects in dielectric materials.
Conclusions The effective filtering method with the consistency of the impulse response of the system with an excitation response of the MET acoustic pulse makes it possible to determine the level of the stress-strain state of dielectric composite materials.

Auction Mechanism and Methods for Heterogeneous Goods Such as Multiple Polymer Materials Congjun Rao College of Mathematics and Computer Science, Huanggang Normal University, Huanggang 438000, China cjrao@163.com Keywords: Multi-object auction; heterogeneous goods auction; Polymer Materials Abstract.
In this paper, the auction mechanism and methods for heterogeneous goods such as multiple polymer materials (rubber, plastic, polymer fibre, adhesive, polymer coating) is investigated.
Introduction In the market trade, the buyers often encounter high polymer materials procurement, such as the rubber, plastic, polymer fibre, adhesive, polymer coating and polymer matrix composites.
We can use the auction method to procure this kind of polymer materials.

This work focuses on the steam gasification with in-situ CO2 capture using CaO as absorbent materials for hydrogen production from palm oil empty fruit bunch (EFB).
Furthermore, CaO materials enhanced the concentration of concentration of the CO, H2 and CH4 in the gas product.
