The phase structure of RHA is found to be amorphous phase as shown in XRD pattern of Fig. 1.

Thermal analysis is worldwide used in foundry for control of structure and properties of cast irons.
The chemistry of the base iron and the treatment alloys are very important in controlling the structure formation at lower eutectic undercooling conditions.
The control of casting structure formation is still one of major research activity and a subject of scientific literature.
For the assessment of the correctness of the results obtained by thermal analysis other sets of analysis by other control methods that includes chilling tendency, evaluation of graphite structures and Brinell hardness tests were performed.
The thermal analysis methodology has a good efficiency compared with other types of analysis (HB tests, structure analysis and chill tendency).

Technologic Characteristic of EMM When the micro structure was fabricated, in order to overcoming the disadvantage of compensating electrode in EDM, the experimental research of micro structure was developed by EMM.
When pulses voltage is used in EMM, the gap depolarization and dispelling heat could be realized during pulse off time, and some machining conditions, such as chemistry speciality, flow field, electric field, could be resumed to the original state.
Therefore, EMM with ultrashort voltage pulses provides an alternative for micro structure.
