The morphological and hydrographic map of Chirchik and Akhangaran river basins
According to the scheme of "Scheme of complex use and protection of water resources of the Syrdarya River Basin" (Syrdarya river basin Complex use and water recourses protection), as well as the data of the Kazakh branch of Intergovernmental hydroeconomic coordination committee’s Scientific research centre average annual water resources (Chirchik-Akhangaran-Keles irrigation district or CHAKID) are estimated at 9.32 km3, of which 8.67 km3 (93%) – surface water flow.
Topography of Chirchik-Akhangaran basin (DEM by GIS) The analysis of the collected data concerning gauging Chinaz in the estuary.
-development of measures to improve the management of waste waters Chirchik-Akhangaran irrigation district, including monitoring of volumes and the quality of these waters and carrying out calculations of water-salt balance in the large irrigation areas with a purpose of their sustainable use and reduction the load on the existing ecosystems and their disposal on the track of tailrace channels and others.

This signal was then connected to a T-junction splitter which simultaneously sent the signal to an amplifier and to the data acquisition (DAQ) system’s trigger switch.
The data was then fed into the chirp decomposition algorithm based on the equations in [6] to produce the reconstructed wavefields that would be obtained at various tonebursts.
The S0 mode mainly as mode conversions and the A0 mode mainly as a phase shift and amplitude reduction across the damage.

In order to ensure the desulfurization units operated continuously and efficiently, a series of policies and measures such as desulfurization electricity price subsidy, dispatch by energy-saving and emission reduction had been carried out by the State.
Nowadays, for some of the Chinese desulfurization units, part of the gas parameters such as chlorine, fluorine and dust in flue gas were designed almost the same, and the commonly used design data were: HCl ≤80 mg / m3, HF ≤ 25 mg / m3, dust ≤ 100 mg / m3 (the data were in standard, dryer and excess air ratio 1.4).

In order to compare software results and
accuracy, loading condition should be adjusted on certified data and in this article we used
A.F.BOWER experimental results [5].
This effect is not particularity marked for the crack length considered here (the reduction is only 30 percent), but for shorter cracks, it has been found that reversing the direction of motion of the load can reduce the amplitude of the cycle of IIK by factor of four [6].
As Murakami says, Experimental results and theoretical data analysis shows that during rolling a crack initiates and propagates not only in the direction of load movement (the left branch in Fig.1), but also in the opposite direction (the right branch in Fig.1).

The validated data were employed to construct the FLD.
Alternatively, the evolution in term of strain rate and strain acceleration can be obtained from the post-processing of ARAMIS data.
The reduction in strain acceleration from maximum to zero represents the process of localization.

Now the sludge disposal methods are: incineration, landfill and two times using etc..But these kinds of sludge treatment methods have more or less defects, can not achieve the sludge reduction, harmless and resource processing purpose. However, city sewage sludge shale brick research and extension can be a good solution to this problem.
Effect of sintering temperature on the phase of sludge sintered shale fracture Experimental comparison with the sintering procedure two different, table 2 is through the sintering experiment and processing a large amount of data, to obtain sintering process for sludge sintered shale brick. Will the rest of adobe into C, D two group (Note: two groups of brick are drying procedures reasonable drying Adobe).Group C bricks used are shown in table 2 sintering procedures fired, group D adobe shown in table 3 sintering process in fire.Every 60min observation time, record the number of the crack in the brick.

The reduction of various types of noise in images has been an active area of research in image processing and machine vision [2-4].
The de-noise method presented in this paper is applied in the data processing.

LBP has a strong ability to extract a face image texture information, and can adapt to the changing environmental light , PCA is one of the most popular methods used for reducing the dimensionality of a data set and it can retain the most important feature information of a data set, the Xiong et al[3]proposed the method of combining PCA and LBP to extract the face feature.
PCA is used for global feature extraction and dimensionality reduction, LBP is used for local texture feature extraction,MSD is used for select the most beneficial features of the classification and SVM is used for feature classification and recognition.

Results and Discussion
Figure 1 shows the set of I-V curves across each of the 4 contacts (A-D) of a Si-face 1cm x 1cm sample measured at 300K (room temperature) along with linear fits to each data set, indicating the ohmic behavior of the Ni contacts.
Figure 2 shows the resistivity versus temperature for two differently doped Si-face substrates (note that the lines in Figs. 2, 3, and 5 are polynomial fits to the data to reveal trends).
The increase in resistivity at low temperature is due to the mobility decrease caused by impurity scattering, and the reduction in free carrier concentration.
