Abstract: This paper puts forward a kind of magnetorheological polishing technology of arbitrary curvature radius spherical optical parts and the mechanical structure of its supporting equipment.

Furthermore, the current LCT results showed the similar trend when compare with the published LCT data of Yang and Lin[1].
For all the micro-tubes, the heat transfer data trend is similar.As comparing to the LCT data of Yang and Lin [1], the current data trend for all micro-tubes is also similar.
In the entire flow regime, the maximum deviation between the current data and Yang and Lin’s [1] data is less than 15%.
