Effect of La on Solute Segregation during Solidification of Al2O3·SiO2f/A356 Alloy Composite Zheng Liua, Xiaomei Liub Faculty of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, Ganzhou 341000, China aliukk66@163.com, bliuxm66@163.com Keywords: composite, La, A356 alloy, solute segregation, aluminosilicate short fiber Abstract.
The solute richening occurred around reinforcement is also a main factor to promote the interface reaction during the solidification.
The solute segregation produced in the matrix will affect the final microstructures, moreover affect the using properties of the composite.

Described in the sources of calculation methods, allow us to investigate the bearing capacity of piles, depending on the material pile [1 - 14], driving depth [1, 4, 5, 15, 16], and the physical and mechanical properties of soils [4, 7, 8, 15, 21, 22].
However the analysis shows that presented in these studies, depending modified variants of standard documents, therefore, no major changes to the existing methods are not followed and the end result of the analytical calculation of the bearing capacity of piles remained unchanged: in SP 24.13330 [25] for the calculation of the bearing capacity of a formula: (1) where γс – pile–soil interaction factor; R – design resistance under the lower end of the pile; A – cross-sectional area of the pile; u – cross-sectional perimeter of the pile; fi – design resistance of the i-th layer of foundation soil on the side of the pile; hi – the thickness of the i-th soil layer; γcR,γcf – coefficient of the conditions of work.
But here, just changed the methodology of selection of equipment for piling and calculate its efficiency, which only indirectly affect the actual bearing capacity of piles.
How the technology of piling work can affect the actual bearing capacity of piles?

Between container and billet, as well as between die and billet, sticking friction condition was set except from the area of the die bearings, where a shear friction factor of m=1 was used [9].
The explanation for this can be that the crack initiation is affected not only by the temperature, but also by the deformation and the stress state [10].
The die cooling also affected the microstructure of the extruded profiles.
Hence, the die cooling allowed not only avoiding crack formation, but also reduced the formation of coarse grains, which would lower the mechanical properties of the profiles.
The fine-grained microstructure acquired with cooling is supposed to improve the mechanical properties of the fabricated profiles.

Introduction Many materials properties (resistivity [1,2], yield strength [3-5], etc.) and materials reliabilities issues (electromigration [6,7], fatigue [8,9], etc.) are impacted by grain structure.
As such, there is considerable interest in modeling these phenomena and in understanding how grain structure affects them.
Some relevant materials properties are listed in Table 1.
When the copper film is treated as homogeneous and isotropic using the properties of bulk copper (see Table 1), it exhibits a uniform stress value throughout the copper of 178 MPa.

The quasi-static mechanical properties of the concrete are given in Table 1, which are the average values of 5 specimens.
The relative amplitudes of the incident, reflected and transmitted waves, depend on the mechanical properties of the steel bar/concrete specimen.
In numerical study [16], the steel bar/concrete interface with static toughness properties was studied in the dynamic loading.
Effective depth may also have an effect on interface bonding properties.

This effect has been associated with the current density and/or the magnetic properties of the materials involved [9, 10].
Another mechanism affecting diffusion processes described in the context of microelectronics is thermomigration in which atomic diffusion takes place under the influence of a temperature gradient [11].
These findings suggest that SPS can be a highly effective technique for improving the diffusion properties of metallic alloys.

Introduction The more progress of the society and the development of science and technology, the more widely of electricity used, and then also produced many unsafe factors.
However, the number of solar energy water heater fire more and more, the cause of casualties and property losses increased year after year.
There are many factors which affects the form of the melted mark, the structure which formed in the fire is different possibly, especially the appliance to the electrical melted mark is more complex, therefore, the further research is needed for appling in the actual fire scene.

It is not only reduces the production capacity and mechanical properties of alloy castings, but limits the shape design.
These studies proposed four factors of reezing range, i.e., alloying elements, the distribution and amount of eutectic phases and solidification rate, to dominate the nucleate and grow of hot tearing.
In addition, casting parameters such as mold preheat temperature, pouring temperature and cooling rate are also important parameters directly or indirectly affecting the hot tearing susceptibility of an alloy.
As one of the most widely used casting AZ series alloy, AZ91 alloy shows an excellent combination of castability, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.

It is increasingly clear that cells respond to the mechanical properties of their surrounding extracellular matrix (ECM), including the effects of mechanics on spreading, morphology, and function.
Polyacryalmide substrates with tunable mechanical properties were prepared according to Wang and Pelham protocol [24].
The mechanical properties of polyacrylamide gels could be easily modified by altering the density of cross-links in the gel.
Discussion We used in vitro polyacrylamide system as an analogue of the ECM since it has several attractive properties: its elastic modulus can be adjusted precisely by varying the concentrations of acrylamide and bis-acrylamide [24]; its elasticity can be tuned within the physiologically relevant regime from several hundred pascals (brain) to thousands of kilopascals (arties) [24]; altering the mechanical properties does not change the surface chemistry properties [24, 25]; the gel’s porosity makes the flow of medium possible, providing a more natural environment than do conventional culture models, such as glass or plastic substrates [26]; adhesive proteins that are covalently attached to the gel’s surface are primary ligands for cell attachment because nonspecific binding of proteins are negligible [27].

Table 3 presents the physical properties of the cement.
The physical properties of each admixture are listed in Table 5 and 6.
The physical properties of each polymer are listed in Table 7.
Namely, low diameter and length of PVA-F made the distance between each fiber closer in cement matrix, which is helpful to enhance axial tensile capacity as well as mechanical properties of cement matrix due to bridging effect of PVA-F. [10] Spalling properties.
